喜欢: Really good communication before we arrived letting us know that the grass pitch we booked was wet so may need to park on a hardstand pitch instead and gave options of what was available. Natasha then came and introduced herself when we were settled and she was very friendly and helpful.

Really quiet site with wonderful views and a very laidback atmosphere. Toilets and showers were very clean.

Overall a very pleasant stay and great campsite.

喜欢: Views were lovely! The hardstanding pitch was wide enough for us to move the van so that when we unfolded the Tentbox, our heads would be uphill. The toilets are roomy and comfortable. The owner was really welcoming and fussed all three of our dogs. Fish and chips from nearby town, do delivery to site

Yes, I agree the wasps were a nuisance this year, the whole area seemed to have a problem with them.

喜欢: I was so happy to arrive at this beautiful little site, wasn't sure where to park when I arrived so called the owner (natasha) who answered in seconds to direct me. The views are amazing and nowhere near the road so very peaceful. The facilities were spacious and super clean. The shower room I used had a hotel feel rather than campsite. Outside wash up area with everything washing liquid, bowl and clothes supplied. Met Natasha in the morning, beautiful soul that would most probably do anything to accommodate you. Loved the potted mint, thyme etc which was for visitors to use. Lovely walks, lovely locations for a picnic. Pick up your supplies in Holsworthy if you're planning to chill for a few days. It's called the hide away for a reason. Loved it!! I will be back for sure and so reasonable

Natasha is a lovely host who was warm, welcoming, friendly and always busy cleaning the facilities A+++++

喜欢: Basic site in terms of facilities, BUT the toilet and shower block were ALWAYS clean which is fantastic for a private run campsite, cleanliness better than most other campsites I have been too.
Views were brilliant.
Staff were really friendly and helpful, often chatting when we saw them out and about.
Really flexible on check-out time, we left at 6pm on the day of check-out (assumably because there wasn't anyone else due on our pitch that day).
Offers for wood, kindling, marshmallows which the kids loved.
Will return without a doubt.
