Ik was blij met: It is difficult to find anything we liked except the wash room facilities

Ik was niet zo blij met: We were crammed into spaces like sardines amongst a sea of static caravans. The images on the site are very misleading and do not portray the motorhome site and its location within the wider site accurately. Had we seen on the images the amount of static caravans and the proximity of the pub we would never have booked. We will not be returning. With busy working lives, we go away for peace, quiet and solitude. This is not the site to find any of those things sadly.

Ik was blij met: Showers and toilets. Would suit self sufficient tourers with children really well.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Sloping pitch. Unable to put up utility tent which we use as storage when off site. We asked first and was told no but observed that others had tents on there pitches. Didn’t make sense as it was a large pitch and a small utility would not have intruded. Also restaurant had no dog friendly area and no where to even sit outside with dog. Didn’t expect the extra charge for WiFi

Ik was blij met: Beautiful place , so clean washing facility’s are amazing , could not fault anything would definately stay again

Ik was blij met: Absolutely fantastic site with a toilet/shower block better than at home! The adult only bar was incredible with 3 chandeliers. Just beautiful.
Staff were all lovely and approachable.
Easy walk to Berwick to walk the town walls which was fabulous.

Ik was blij met: Immaculately maintained grounds. Toilets and showers which wouldn’t look out of place in a high standard hotel. Friendly staff who went above and beyond for their guests. Bingo was on Fri night and I didn’t have cash, only a card, but a member of staff, Moira, insisted she paid for my £10 tickets if I would hand the money in at reception next day, which I did, including chocs for my appreciation. Moira had never met me before yet trusted me to repay her. Lovely touches like this makes Ord House even more special than it already is. We had the best weekend spent here. Thanks again Moira😀

Ik was blij met: Excellent site , well layed out , spacious pitches , club house with entertainment, play area for kids , superb toilets and showers + 2 X family bathrooms with baths.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Not really the sites fault but the ground was very hard under the gravel , made it difficult to secure the awning down

Ik was blij met: From the start of our stay the lady behind reception was fantastic very welcoming. All staff round the park were very friendly. The facilities were excellent very clean warm with a added touch of a radio ..park was spotless with a good dog walk ..excellent location

Ik was blij met: Lovely feel about the place. Well kept, good layout, generally quiet, facilities.

Ik was niet zo blij met: We were unfortunate to have some noisy kids at the play area later into the evening and suggested 'closing time' wasnt adhered to, or effectively managed.

Good facilities, bar, soft play, playground, dog walk, immaculate toilet/shower block

Ik was niet zo blij met: If you've young kids and/or you yourself are an early to bed type of person, please be aware you can hear the entertainment from your pitch until 11pm on a Saturday night.
Kids have a tendency to hang around the children's playground being rather rowdy until 11pm even though the park closes at 9pm. Ring the night warden to move them on if required.
