A aimé Spacious parking area, extremely helpful staff and good location. We stayed only for one night this time but will probably will come back.

A aimé Its tidy clean and enough space available close to the main shops, friendly people and has shower hot water good toilets and small shop to buy logs recommended

A aimé I had a wonderful stay at this campsite! The grounds were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space and beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I especially appreciated how peaceful and welcoming the site felt. It’s very safe for families, with a locked gate and staff patrolling the campsite at night to ensure everyone is safe and well. I can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway..

N'a pas aimé Not so much a dislike, but more of a challenge for me: when parking in a field without numbered pitches, I feel apprehensive about driving away, as I might lose my spot during a busy weekend..

A aimé We stayed here a few years ago & the site was very rundown.
The new owners have worked very hard to improve things.

N'a pas aimé There is a definite need for more/larger toilet/shower facilities.
The site was very busy & the present 2 showers & 2 toilets were not enough to cope & were often messy.

A aimé Exceptionally friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful. Site was very clean and tidy, no noise. Toilets/showers - excellent. Highly recommend this site.

A aimé Everything! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone on the campsite was friendly and was family oriented.

A aimé Very friendly and helpful.
I was in a small camper with basic awning. We had a good choice of places to pitch so we chose to be a little out of the way, but not too far from the toilets. The site had well placed lights, so you can easily find the loo after dark.

My son and I were only stopping for the one night but we were able to chill out and watch the Perseid meteor shower until the early hours!

Oh, if you like alpacas, they have those too
