What customers say
A small, friendly site in a peaceful rural spot, perfect for stopovers. Guests rave about clean basic facilities, helpful owners, and a lovely woodland play area. Handy for Eurotunnel/ferries. While facilities are limited, they're adequate for the price. Access roads can be narrow.

Payment was easy and no fuss. Nice relaxing stay.
Disliked It's remote and roads are single track. It was no problem for my car but if you have a big motorhome it may be more difficult. But I can't really fault the site.

Liked Owners were around and available.
Owners had loads of info written down on boards to make stay as easy as possible.
BBQ and firepits were available along with wood if you wanted them. Such a nice touch.
Kids play area, books, games and even plates available to use during stay. Have donated some unused toys to help out.
The facilities were cleaned multiple times during the day and we could see that with consumables topped up like toilet roll, paper hand towels and soap (so often sites say they are cleaned multiple times and it is clear it’s once every few days!)
There are limited facilities but all it takes is some coordination and timing. The site is small enough to see when the shower is free.
There is very little light pollution so the night sky was absolutely amazing.
