What customers say
Large farm campsite with great Peak District views & Lathkill Dale access. Praised for spacious pitches, friendly owners, clean facilities (incl. new showers). Food vans & shop a hit. Some found facilities a walk, with occasional noise, but highly recommended for relaxed vibe & value.

Non-electric grass touring pitch
Liked Beautiful views, food and drink vans on all weekend, stunning walks literally out the door! Showers and toilets were clean and the shop stocked the necessities. I’d gladly come back.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked The owners were really friendly and welcoming. The views on the farm are beautiful. Good location with lovely walks and pubs nearby.
Disliked The campsite was over-subscribed and there were issues with the facilities. Thursday the toilets and showers worked perfectly. But Friday-Sunday there were over 100 tents and campervans and the toilets and showers couldn't cope. The toilets either didn't flush, or took a long time to fill up, 7 female toilets was not enough. The showers had no pressure and ran down the pipes, the washing up taps also struggled to run.

Brilliant location
Electric gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Beautiful scenery, very large area brilliant walks, friendly staff. Good showers Very good checking times and brilliant check out time. Local town close by.
Disliked Narrow entrance past reception, hardstanding pitches quite close together, lack of bins around the site, rubbish ( empty pizza box and dirty underwear) left lying outside pizza hut for our complete stay. Can be quite a walk to the skip.
