Liked: Friendly staff toilets clean. Good enclosed exercise area for dogs

Disliked: Stated electric was included but we arrived we were informed that only 8kws allocated per day we had to scan qr code and put card details to meta power before electric was switched on they immediately took money from the account incase we went over limit to ensure payment. There was no meter on the pitch so that we could not monitor our usage. We did not like having to give card details to third party as we did not know how secure the company was. None of this was mentioned when we booked. There was also continual noise from workers on the site from early in the morning.

Liked: Holiday park as a whole is great. However the so called premium pitches are not very level we use all our ramps and could not level. They have quite strict rules on what type of van you have but not in forced we were woken twice in middle of the night by people staring engine’s we assume for extra heating, also people with noisy diesel heaters in vans with very noisy side slide door’s slamming all the time.

Disliked: Pitches not level, noise at night, builders van not suited for the site, people use I h diesel heaters, ehicle moving around maybe leaving at 3am.

Liked: Nice individual fully serviced half grass / half gravel pitches with plenty of space. Lots of facilities but we did not use them - very reasonably priced

Disliked: Introduction of a trial of metered electricity was a concern however we opted for a pitch without this

Liked: Large pitches, large, clean toilets & showers. Spacious clubhouse and well stocked shop.bus stop right outside with regular service to Dawlish, Newton Abbott and Exeter

Disliked: They are trialing smart metering for electric use, worry about cost implications for the future.

Liked: The super pitches on the Meadow site are flat and spacious with gravel and grass sections. Well laid out, close to amenities. Water supply is on the pitch. Toilets/showers are good and close by.
I stayed in December and the restaurant/ bars were fully open which was excellent. Close ( walking distance )to large supermarket - and coastal towns like Dawlish and Teignmouth.
Easy to find from M5 motorway.
Plenty of local pubs, and staff are very friendly and obliging.
Open all year, all in all an excellent stay and will be returning next March / April

Duncan, touring caravan and motor home owner.

Disliked: There was nothing i disliked about this site or location.

Being a sailor, a sea view would have been perfect but not possible at this location.
