- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- Single-sex bookings of 2 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The restaurant is open between 04/02 and 04/01.
- The grocery shop is open between 04/02 and 04/01.
- Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
- Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.
- The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
- The bar is open between 04/02 and 04/01.
- Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
- Electric is metered on site at £0.39 per kWh and is purchased on arrival by way of cards of £1, £5, or £10 denominations. The bar and restaurant are only open at weekends in low season; from mid-May through the summer they are open seven days a week.

Liked The site is lovely and well kept and all the staff were very helpful,the down side for us was the fact that the lovely on site bar did not serve food on week night only Friday and weekends and has a older couple we like to stay mid week
Disliked The fact that the bar only served toasties in the week and it is a walk to nearby pub

Liked Very well run campsite. Helpful reception, everywhere clean and tidy and good size tent pitches. Electricity, although paid for in addition, was very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again if in the area
