喜欢 Great location, good pitches and very friendly staff.

不喜欢 Toilets and showers are in need on f modernising. Very noisy campers on pitch 50 & 51 went on until 0200 hrs

Good fun for the kids with an arcade room and play activities outside

不喜欢 Shame you need to book and pay for the swimming pool with an app but it’s clearly displayed when booking so no major problem.
We had to wait 20 minutes for a guy in a golf card to show us our pitch when really reception could have just said which pitch number to go to. I don’t understand why this process is in place as at busy check in times it causes us to wait in the heat and blockages in the car park. When he showed us our pitch he did not tell us anything special so still unsure.

We have the warden to pitch our guests for a number of reasons. To be brief, it manages traffic around our site so not everyone is heading the same way at the same time. We do also have quite strict pitching rules in line with fire regulations so we have to ensure that guests are pitched correctly and also not all of our pitches are the same size so we double check that the pitches suit your needs at the same time. We do hope that this clears things up, however we do apologise for the wait.

不喜欢 Top camping field is not level and I slid down the bed every night. Unofficial rave on Saturday night finishing about 8 in the morning. I know this isnt the responsibility of the site but apparently it is fairly regular so worth bearing in mind. Finding out that if I had booked directly rather than through Pitchup, I could have had 3 nights for the price of 2

We had staff working overnight to find the source of the rave and to get police on the scene as promptly as we could. 喜欢 I liked almost everything there is 2 play ground for kids, swiming pool inside and outside showers toilets and a lot more and really good wheather

不喜欢 The ground wasn't straight so we all sleep uncomfortable in our tent

喜欢 Clean site, great facilities for kids. Lovely staff very friendly and welcoming. Great location

不喜欢 No entertainment only a quiz Thursday and bingo Friday so evenings are very boring. Food is quite overpriced. Slow service
