喜欢 Good sized pitches. Spacious and clean toilets and showers. Large field for dogs and dog friendly bar areas. Friendly and helpful staff

不喜欢 WiFi and phone signal not great. No other dislikes.

喜欢 Amazing site we really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect and we loved the outdoor pool, bar, food , kids loved the parks etc was lovely. We had a few chilled days at the tent and was so peaceful. Toilet block was ideal.

不喜欢 Not a lot to dislike , only the WiFi signal sometimes wasn’t very good

喜欢 The first visual of the site makes you think it’s going to be really nice. The pool is nice and supervised by lifeguards at all times. The bar area is nice but can get loud.

不喜欢 The facilities on site are poor. The shower blocks are not clean at all. There is dirty drains in the family room that smells awful. The showers in the women’s are filthy with water coming through the floor tiles and same for the men’s, broken tiles on the top of the shower block walls that could easily come off and only once did we see a cleaner whilst we were there that had a spray bottle and a cloth for doing the whole facility area. There seems to be no organisation with the site at all. Upon arrival we got directed to our pitch we didn’t get told of waste disposal areas, toilets or anything else we had to find this for ourselves. Very few of the pitches are level which isn’t mentioned when booking. WiFi is ok aslong as you don’t intend on using the internet as it doesn’t work!

喜欢 Location is perfect, majority of facilities excellent, shop great with very friendly older lady she went above and beyond. Food in Hayloft and the Hatch nice. Entertainment staff excellent with children. Great modern toilets cleaned regularly. Excellent dog field.

不喜欢 We didnt arrive until 7pm due to traffic , didnt get shown to our pitch and didnt get placed on the pitch that was promised as per email, pitch that was found for us was very small for our large tent we practically on the road, pitches quite close together. Shower block very dated with mouldy grouting, badly needs upgrade, pool area and loungers need bit of refurbishment

喜欢 The staff are friendly and the toilets are always clean . The bar prices are very reasonable
As are the takeout , pool staff are amazing and let the children have fun in a safe environment.

喜欢 Beautiful site with tidy, well kept pitches Great facilities.. outside pool is fantastic and the pool competitions were much enjoyed by my two grandsons .. very clean toilets and shower blocks.. safe children’s play areas too .. our second visit to this site and will hopefully be back again next year

不喜欢 Long wait for ice creams and coffee from the outdoor takeaway. The staff were very polite but I felt they were severely understaffed. The lady working on the till and serving too was exceptional under the circumstances !

喜欢 The welcome was friendly and reception easy to locate. The outdoor swimming pool just outside reception was busy with holiday makers enjoying the sunshine and so the vibe on arrival was good.
The pitch was a grass pitch and was level and with toilet and shower facilities nearby.
The toilets and showers were exceptionally clean with some cubicles containing sink and mirror as well as the toilet and plenty of room within each cubicle. The showers were also clean and well maintained, lovely hot water and changing area.
The dog exercise field was massive, a bit of a hike up the hill to the top of the site but safe for our mad spaniel to come off the lead and have a great time in the large field, dog waste bins provided.
The site also had a dog wash down/ shower outside the shower and toilet block.
Good washing up facilities and lots of opportunity to play football or ball games away from the pitches if needed.
We only stayed for one night and arrived later in the day because we stopped off at Paignton for an afternoon at Splashworld Quay waterpark which was fun.
The pool had closed by the time we had set up and we didnt get a chance to use it the following morning as we headed off but it looked clean and safe, very much enjoyed by those that did have a dip.
There was a small shop on site which sold basic groceries, we picked up a fresh warm from the oven baguette in the morning, and some fresh milk. It was also stocked with toys and outdoor games.

不喜欢 The bar on site sold food into the evening, we ordered main meals one of which was delicious and devoured by one daughter (curry), the other not so enjoyable (chicken Caesar wrap) as the dressing was heavy on the mustard (or similar), the side salad and garlic bread that I ordered were also not so great. But the service and choice available was good and so we were probably just feeling a little tired and picky.
The tables were a little tatty and needed a wipe down.

喜欢 Pool, Beautiful general location. On a bus route, so no need to take the car to town.
Handy shop and good entertainment for kids.
