喜欢: Size of the pitch was great.
Great there was a laundrette if needed, especially with young children and potential accidents.
Parks were ample.
Splash park was so much fun.
Soft play is a nice area in the cafe to use.
Toilets were super clean, and showers good with space. Family shower room if needed.

不喜欢: Very loud at night time, very close to others tent users.
Pool was bit basic and overpriced.
Staff didn't give much information on arrival or at any events attended e.g at the pool was told where the door was to get in but nothing about paying for the lockers, the sauna, shower use etc.
Would have been nice to have more information on the local walks around when arrived as i could see signposts of walks but nothing about length or route.
Long walk to the beach if you have young children. Check tides on the beach first otherwise a disappointing visit.
Slow service at the cafe, no one is in a rush to do anything.

喜欢: Have play room there.

不喜欢: The washing place is far away, The grass pitch is severely tilted and windy , We go back home earlier than expected because we cannot sleep in the night , people play noisy music and shouting in the mid night. Indoor swimming pool is expensive and cost per hour . Outdoor swimming pool is free but the water is too cold.

喜欢: Facilities there were lots of them and they were spotless. Plenty of entertainment on site. Bus stop just outside of site. I think the site would benefit from a coffee/bakery shop.

不喜欢: Staff member not very helpful with bus times. Not a lot of parking around reception, gets very busy no room to park. We we’re not told where to fill the motorhome with water as none on the pitch, had to track down a staff member

what a beautiful and very clean site. the shower blocks were immaculate as was the site! staff locelycand facilities in abundance.

喜欢: This is the best site we have ever stayed at. It extremely well maintained.. be weeds, litter or parts looking like they need a lick of paint. The staff were all lovely and super helpful.

Wandering just outside the site, the nearby clifftops have pretty walks; there are gentle bike rides around and about; plus beaches and waterways offering more sail-, paddle- and wave-powered action than you can shake a stick at. Take a bus (the stop’s only 100 metres away) to explore a bit further afield: this corner of Devon's jampacked with things to see and do, including castles, botanic gardens, zoos, aquariums, animal farms, model villages and adventure parks. It's a 10-minute drive from the site to spectacular Dawlish Warren, home to a sandy beach and a tiptop nature reserve.

入住

Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.

营地仅接待家庭（直系成员）和情侣 - 不接受其他任何团体的预订。

到店和离店

单元将于到店时分配。
如若延迟到店，必须尽快告知公园。您的订单将保留 24 小时。24 小时后管理人员有权重新出租您预订的单元。
如遇恶劣天气、延迟到店或提前离店，不予退款/打折。
营地将在您到店前2天向您发送更详细的入住信息。

安全

严禁明火。
可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。
建议住客自行携带高质量手电筒，因为部分营地区域没有照明。
禁止在湖里游泳。
禁止携带枪支。
请不要触摸或喂食动物。

接待处

从01/09到20/07，接待处上班时间为09:00到18:00。
从21/07到31/08，接待处上班时间为09:00到20:00。
如果到店时接待处关闭：请联系预订确认单上的号码。

泳池

室内泳池从01/01开放至31/12。
必须穿泳装，不得穿泳裤或百慕达短裤。
露天泳池从27/05开放至16/09（取决于天气状况）。

狗

必须给狗系牵引绳并随时看管。
营地不允许携带《危险犬类法》中所列的犬类/杂交种。

访客

来宾必须在接待处登记并支付相应费用。
来宾车辆不得进入营地。

车辆

商用车（用于工作相关用途（载货或搭载付费乘客）的车辆）和车身有广告的车辆不得入内。
欧洲大陆产的旅行大篷车（乘客门在右侧的大篷车）不得入内。
装置长度不允许超过10米。
露营单元旁仅可停放一辆汽车。其余车辆必须停放在指定区域。

通用条款

01/04至28/10举办各类娱乐活动。
从22:00}到07:30为安静时间，请务必遵守。
健身中心从01/01开放至31/12。
可钓鱼的湖中有carp, roach, and tench.
如需投诉，请立即告知接待处。如果您在入住期间未将投诉传达给管理人员，您离开营地后投诉将不予受理。
您需要持有由英国环境署颁发的垂钓执照（请预先申请）。
播放收音机、音乐播放器和电视播放器必须使用低音量。开关车门和车后行李箱时亦需轻声。
杂货店从02/01开放至31/12。
桑拿房（和/或蒸汽浴室）从01/01开放至31/12。
游戏室开放时间为到31/12。
管理人员保留拒绝言行不当的宾客入内或终止其入住的权利。款项不予退还。
营地does实施放生钓鱼政策。
订单不得连续超过21个晚上。

门票

露营单元

Minimum spacing of 5 metres between pitches.
搭建帐篷/露营单元及相关设备时必须遵循管理人员指示。

The indoor pool, sauna and steam room will be closed for essential maintenance from 02 June until 10 July 2025.

Ashburn Springs Leisure Complex and Amelia's Pantry bar and restaurant will be open all year except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Warren Retreat offers evening entertainment during February half-term and from Easter through October.

Guests must obtain a permit from reception for fishing.

Electricity is metered on site at £0.30 per kWh and must be paid onsite using a pre-paid topup card.
