Tucked away in the scenic countryside overlooking the historic Jurassic Coast, Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a Devon seaside holiday park with something for all folks. As a large, privately owned holiday park, there are heaps of facilities on site, including (but, of course, not limited to) the Three Rocks entertainment complex and a swimming pool complex with a multi-lane slide and an indoor and outdoor splash zone. That's not to mention its very own private beach and secluded bay… An adventure playground with a giant pirate ship and an outdoor playground (with a multi-level adventure frame with slides, wobbly bridges, tunnels and obstacle course elements) are just a couple more picks at this friendly family park; a toddlers' area with a smaller climbing frame means that mini guests have suitable space to play too. On top of that, kids’ and teen clubs should keep all entertained during the day As should the Jurassic-themed adventure golf course and indoor soft play area (available for ages up to 12). The soft play area is – most thoughtfully – right next door to the Pebbles Restaurant. The Three Rocks complex is home to an amusement arcade, Waves Bar and Nightspot and Sky and BT sports on the big screen. Elsewhere, supplies are covered with the well-stocked supermarket, Beach Shack and the Coast Takeaway for essential holiday fish and chips. Plus, at the pool complex, there is a sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and a gym. Looking for even more to do? Ladram Bay Holiday Centre has a programme of instructor-led activities for a reasonable extra charge, where grownups and kids can try their hands at raft building, sea scooters and body zorbing. Or have a day on the centre’s private beach, with watersports from the shore, rockpooling towards the far end and kayak, rowing boat or motorboat hire from the kiosk.

The skies are very clear here - ideal if star gazing is your thing.

Lovely pitch, superb facilities - pam the van in her element.

喜欢: Site is in a perfect location. Our pitch was on the lower tier with a lovely sea view. The site was spotlessly clean all round. The security staff were really friendly every morning when taking our dog out. We didn't use any facilities other than the toilet & shower block. We would definitely return here.

不喜欢: Not enough dog bins around, one at the end of each tier of the touring area would be useful.

WiFi is terrible, we barely had any signal and no tv channels either.

Staff driving the service vehicles around, drive far too fast. I witnessed one taking a caravan out today & the excessive speed was unnecessary.

喜欢: Absolutely everything. Every member of staff we met were friendly and in particular we'd like to thank the cleaners who kept the facilities superbly clean.

We are normally ' wild' with our campervan but given the time of year wanted somewhere we could hook up and chill for a few days.

Never, ever have we said that we could have just pitched up and not left the site and be happy before - until now.

Superbly well stocked shop with realistic prices, views from the pitch amazing, arcade fab (we like doing the 2p falls) even though we didn't win a plastic duck (we collect them).

喜欢: Wow where do i start, i would highly recommend this caravan park it was the best holiday we have ever had. I can't wait to go back.
The pet friendly caravan didn't feel like a pet caravan as it was spotless. The staff and all the things to do is am,we enjoyed the pool and the club in the evening especially the kids club and bingo. It has its own beach to which is so beautiful with the sea being clear. The arcade was great fun and not expensive either. I can't rate this park high enough I will be booking for later in the year without a doubt

喜欢: We had a friendly welcome from the lady in the reception kiosk who gave us all the information we needed.
The pitch was excellent, with its own water and electricity point, and reasonably level.

不喜欢: The WiFi needs to be improved, the signal was very weak making it unavailable much of the time. There was no coverage at all on the o2 network, meaning that reliable WiFi is important.
We were close to the entrance road, the noise from which is made worse due to the speed limit being routinely ignored by both park employees and visitors. It is pointless putting 10mph signs in place if the limit is not enforced. A number of severe speed bumps should be installed.

Once you’re ready to go off site – sometime around week two, probably – the South West Coast Path is steps away and has stellar walks to Budleigh Salterton to the west and Sidmouth to the east. Inland, the Budleigh Salterton to Otterton five-mile walk follows the banks of the River Otter; the Otter Valley Wildlife Walk is an easy stroll through the Lower Otter Valley nature reserve to look out for kingfishers and waders from the river’s viewing platforms and hides. Twitchers can also head inland to the Exe Estuary RSPB reserve 13 miles away to see migratory birds or book a boat trip to spot avocets. Finally, if fishing’s your main hook, you won’t have far to go: many Ladram Bay guests fish from the park’s own cove, hiring a boat from the kiosk and going out to land mackerel for the grill.

No electrical appliances should be brought on site and used without a ‘portable appliance testing’ certificate.

Persons under the age of 25 other than families will be required to pay a refundable behaviour deposit of £50 or more.

No washing lines permitted other than those provided.

Non-swimmers and children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the vicinity. Non-swimmers will also be charged.

No jetskis are allowed on site or on the beach.

Children of eight or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Due to fire regulations relating to unit separations, the size of the unit booked must be stipulated at the time of booking to ensure the pitch booked is large enough.
