喜欢: We stayed only one night but we managed to see a lot and our impressions are very positive, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, short distance to the beach ( free bus every 30 min) , lots of fun for children nice staff. I will definitely come back again thanks!

喜欢: Nice and calm campsite with good facilities, toilets and showers. Good access to all of the pools and entertainment on the other sites, my girls had great fun!

喜欢: Facilities on site, proximity to beach, reasonable pricing for an electric pitch and inclusive of free access to pools.

不喜欢: We camped on Warners Farm. Visitor experience of this site is likely to depend on pot luck i.e. where you are placed. The reason being, pitches are very close together with no cover or partitions. I asked for a pitch away from the road and wc, and was disappointingly given a pitch right next to the road, and bins. With two young children this wasn't a great start, and at time of check in reception refused to move us, even though at that stage the majority of pitches were empty. It was a "computer says no" moment. The staff were pleasant enough, but it felt like being crammed in to a zoo pen and more about money than visitor satisfaction. Unfortunately, we were put next to some groups who (while no doubt having fun) were not really respectful of everyone around them. It was a very noisy site and experience, a bit like camping at a festival. Cars driving around (fast) at all hours close to tents, engines left running with lights on full after hours, lots of shouting and talking through the night, people coming close to tent and tripping over guide ropes, honking horns... literally till 2/3a.m both nights!. Basically, antisocial behaviour going unregulated, which was not relaxing at all. As a parent, I have to say I was on edge both nights, and slept very little. We did not see or hear any security. I know I could have called them, but feel that guests shouldn't have to, because the site should be monitoring noise levels and unreasonable behaviour on the ground, especially in camping areas. We felt, and so did 'many' other guests I spoke to, that it would be good to have a no noise policy. Also, vehicles should not be allowed to drive in/out of the camping area at night after a certain time. It's a shame the management don't properly manage large groups and noise, as what happens is this then taints everyone else's camping experience. It could be improved by keeping groups of young folks, or much larger groups, away from families, couples etc. Or, designate a "quiet" area?. It's a real shame, as will put a lot of people off what is otherwise a good site, especially for families, and good value. Despite this, we probably would book again, but with certain assurances on pitch location. I just hope management listen to guests views, which would improve everyone's camping experience. We're all allowed to have fun in our own way, but it shouldn't be at the expense of others enjoyment!

喜欢: Good location, lots of facilities, level (relatively clean) pitches, friendly and helpful staff across the board, reasonable sized pitches, great grounds management, good washing facilities (clothes and cooking) local shops and takeaways as well as the onsite ones. Felt safe onsite. Dog friendly.

不喜欢: Toilets not that clean and only sanitary bins in alternate cubicles! Toilet roll dispensers were too tight so toilet roll difficult to get out. Security didn't police late night noise effectively which was a shame.

喜欢: The location was beautiful, surrounded by serene nature and offering plenty of activities for outdoor enthusiasts.

不喜欢: I was disappointed with the condition of the toilets. They were not cleaned regularly and often lacked basic supplies. This detracted from the overall experience, as clean facilities are essential for a comfortable stay.

不喜欢: No fishing on booking asked for fishing this site came up with fishing on site so daughter booked for a Father’s Day present for my husband as he has mental health problems on arrival my husband asked where fishing was and was told no fishing there so he spent Frist day in camper didn’t come out and then we left the following day so only stayed one night instead of 2 you should update your website on what’s available
