喜欢: Great site, great position. Lovely town.

不喜欢: Our pitch was close to the road. Had another motorhome pull up behind with a motorboat revving. Can't be helped and not the fault of the site. Didn't ruin our stay, just annoying.

喜欢: Great location for seafront and sailing club. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Nicky was friendly on arrival. Electric and water tap on each pitch.

不喜欢: Facilities weren’t good. They were clean but the plumbing was shocking. The showers and taps were either boiling (dangerously so) or freezing, and half the taps didn’t work at all. There was one hand soap for all of the sinks and no soap in the disabled loo. Also the hard standing appears to be a mixture of gravel with broken pottery and lots of broken glass. Dangerous for the dog and children. It wasn’t just a broken bottle, it was as though it formed the aggregate that has been used, as it was everywhere.

喜欢: Owner was friendly to me, pitch very basic but the toilets were disgusting. I did see them being cleaned but they were absolutely grim, no ventilation really and very basic (even though we paid standard pitch prices that you would find on another campsite).

不喜欢: Toilets! They need an urgent upgrade, one soap between a whole toilet block is pretty revolting.

喜欢: Convenient for walk into town or along the river and not far to drive to Flatford (if you are interested in Constable) or other seaside towns. Water at pitch is always a plus and pitches were clean and well cut.

不喜欢: We had a lakeside pitch but as you back into pitch with caravan our windows looked over campsite so a bit wasted tbh. Very regimented pitches but luckily wasn't full during our visit or would have felt very hemmed in. Not much security at all and between the pitch and lake is a busy public footpath with just a small wire fence to separate. Not sure what was going on every evening but seemed to be a lot of noisy cars and motorbikes driving up and down the promenade road past the entrance presumably meeting at the car park near the beach.
