喜欢 Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Facilities were clean and well serviced. Campsite was also well kept. Great price.

不喜欢 Traffic could be heard, but appreciate there’s little they can do about that.

喜欢 This is a new site and the owners are in the process of adding things such as a shop to the site which I found very useful.
The site is secure with number plate recognition entry which I think makes it feel so much safer.
The site is quiet and peaceful. The toilets and showers are clean and I liked that I didn’t have to look over my shoulder for spiders!!
The site is in a nice location.

不喜欢 The showers do not have a temp control and are very warm for me particularly in the hot weather. It would be good to be able to turn it up or down. You get 5 mins of hot water for £1 but if there are people using the sinks the water pressure goes off so you lose time when there is only a drip coming out.
At no fault of the staff unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to there being petrol on the ground under our tent. We may have to throw the tent away as we can’t get the smell out of it. The staff did apologise deeply and we were offered another pitch but we didn’t see any point moving all our stuff for the sake of a night and a 10am check out. I will say if anyone uses petrol or spills petrol please let the site know because this can reflect badly in the site staff but it isn’t their fault if they haven’t been told. Staff were shocked and were understandably concerned about how this could have resulted in our tent going up in flames or the fumes causing serious harm to our health.

喜欢 Limited choice of sites in close proximity to Hastings, and this is. Fairly quiet and secure, for a town location, but some road noise. Overall the site seemed well maintained, but limited pitches on level ground.

不喜欢 No views. It’s a field surrounded by woodland, with basic, small and prefabricated washrooms. Also needing a coin for the showers is a faff; a timer would be better. And be aware it’s a one hour walk to the town centre and beach.

喜欢 Clean, well kept campsite with easy automatic entry via ANPR cameras. Good service (offered an extension cord for our electric hookup which was very welcome! Clean showers/toilets although £1 coin needed for 5 mins of hot water. Basic facilities but all you need as a base to explore the area. Would stay again

不喜欢 A little noisy if you're on the upper part of the field near a car park. Shop/reception not manned in the day.

喜欢 Lovely friendly owner, greeted us we came in, gave us all the information needed. Campsite has all the good basics, clean, modern showers and toilets. On a good bus route if needed. Lots of space and well maintained. Dine simple and well. Definitely will return

喜欢 Really friendly and helpful staff. Massive field with spacious pitches. Very clean toilet and shower facilities. Little shop with essentials and treats. Washing up area and plenty of drinking water taps. Secure site with cctv, ANPR secure gate and passcode pedestrian gate. Everyone respected each others space! Would visit again.
Bus stop outside which goes into Hastings, pub 15 min walk away

不喜欢 Showers are coin operated and we had no cash and no cash machine/change machine anywhere local. Depends where you are in the field but close to a road but didn’t bother us
