- When arriving, please check in at the café. Shower tokens are only sold at the café: one token (£1) gives five minutes of hot water. Campers with touring units are asked to use their own shower/toilet facilities wherever possible.

喜欢: Pod was immaculate and well kitted out. All staff (reception, cafe, grounds man and the lovely lady keeping the pods/Yurts spick and span were very friendly and helpful.
不喜欢: Cafe costs were a little pricey, though the breakfasts were very good

喜欢: Local shop and cafe on site.
Nice staff.
不喜欢: This is more suited as a static site with only a few touring pitches. Most o those are taken by long term touring vans. Toilets are very dated and in need of attention.
We had a noise problem with another caravan untill 4.30 am on the first night. We moved the next day only to move again the second night because of a lake of available pitches. A refund was offered but this still hasn't arrived to the time of me publishing this report.

不喜欢: Where do I start booked 2 pitches next to eachother as traveling with disabled person. only 1 available more like a gypsies site not looked after at all did not stay demanded a refund would not recommend anyone booking there

来自经理: Our Park is quite small and we offered 2 pitches 50 yards a part of each other. Unfortunately wasn't good enough. We have refunded them .

喜欢: Absolutely the worst camp site I have ever visited, we didn't even pitch up, after looking at the state of it, we didn't feel safe staying there or leaving our vehicle there. I have requested a refund via email, but haven't received any reply.

不喜欢: It seemed like more people were living in their caravans as permanent residents and not other holiday makers.

We were indeed surprised by you comment of customer service as our staff at The Cafe and grounds are very welcome and friendly.

喜欢: Very clean pods, which looked as clean as when we stayed the year before.
Our toilet block/showers were also spotless, which is a major pus on any campsite.
Excellent on site cafe, providing tasty snacks, including a good selection of breakfast food.
Only a 10 minute taxi ride into the town.
Great base for what we wanted, which was the musical festival at the Spa.
