Greenacres Campsite

喜欢 The campsite was beautiful, everything nice and clean and flat pitches. Facilities were nice and everything was easy to find in terms of bins, waste etc. A really nice walk from the campsite onto a public footpath if you ask for directions from reception.

不喜欢 Cafe breakfast in the morning seemed a bit unorganised and made our departure much later than expected. We ordered some breakfast rolls and were told to come back in 20 minutes but didn’t actually receive them for an hour which was a little frustrating!
Arrival information could have been a bit more welcoming - a long list of rules and things not to do which is to be expected but maybe could have been followed up with nearby walks and activity information or listed some of the fun things that were included in the site.

来自经理: Thanks for your feedback. I can only apologise for the wait for the breakfast rolls - it was quiet so we put some extra cakes in the oven and then we got super busy! Lesson learnt!
There is information on local activities - I am sorry that you do not seem to have been made aware of this.

不喜欢 Noisy neighbours unfortunately until after 11 so kids struggled to sleep but no fault of site
Toilet roll holder only functional in one toilet out of 4 in ladies loos

I am sorry to hear that your stay was spoilt by noisy neighbours! We do have a noise policy in place and would have come up and dealt with the issue if you had called us - I am so sorry if you were not made aware of this.

喜欢 Lovely Campsite, Pod was ideal for a short break for me and my 8 yr old, no stress of putting tent up. Decent size fridge and plenty of sockets, decking area with chairs and coffee table and the Pod was shaded by a tree which was very welcome in 30 degree heat. Lovely little shop open until 4pm. The toilets and showers were immaculate, 10 mins drive into a the small town of Coleford and 10 mins to Puzzlewood which did not disappoint, fire pits and logs available to hire but we took our own.
Staff and owners were very friendly and kind- waste and recycling facilities clean and tidy and kept on top of. Quite in the evenings - all round great site would definitely return

不喜欢 Nothing really, would be nice if the shop was open later.

喜欢 Everything! A lovely campsite with something for everyone. I enjoyed the forest walks and spacious field walks with my dog.
The fabulous shower facilities.

- Clean showers
- Play area and field for the children was brilliant and near our tent
- Easy check in

喜欢 The cleanliness & maintenance was exceptional. Superb facilities. Well marked, good pitch size, with good privacy. A very pretty site. Walkable in to town.
We're regular campervanners and have visited dozens of sites in the last five years. This is one of the nicest sites we've been too.

喜欢 Lovely site. Great shower block, clean and spacious. Loved the reception with proper fresh breakfast rolls, pastries and barista coffee and really friendly staff. Great situation for walking straight into woodland from site.

喜欢 This is a really lovely site - clean, quiet, loads of space, great facilities, playgrounds and lovely staff. Perfect for families and groups with kids. Playground area was good too.
