Parke Farm Camping

Gostou: It was our first time to this campsite & we hope to return. The owners Charles & Tee Tee were extremely helpful & very welcoming. The campsite is very well presented, pitches are separated by well maintained wild flower & grass borders. This gives each pitch a lot of privacy & it’s a beautiful touch. Each pitch is a very good size where we had plenty of room for our large tent, car & still a lot of space to comfortably sit outside. The showers are plentiful & well maintained. There are a number of separate toilet blocks, a communal seating area, fridge/freeer & an area to wash up with plenty of hot water. The campsite is ideally situated approximately 16 miles to both Tenby & Saundersfoot & just a 10 minute drive from the campsite, you can enjoy the Welsh coastlines hidden gems - The Green Bridge & Govans Headland/Chapel. We very much enjoyed our stay at Parke Farm
Camping.

Gostou: Separate pitch mowed in long grass meadows. Nice clean shower and toilets. Friendly, helpful family running it.

Gostou: What a wonderful camp site! We couldn’t have asked for more. This is my husband and I’s first time in a motorhome and we chose to explore Pembrokeshire. Parke Farm camping did not disappoint. The owner was so helpful and took us to our pitch and ran through everything on arrival. Later on in our stay he gave us great advice on local walks and, most importantly, a great pub - St Govan’s Inn - in a nearby village.
The facilities were clean - shower and toilet cubicles including a larger one for families, separate toilet block, sink/pot washing area, free tea and coffee every morning, picnic bench area, small shop with essentials - we purchased some lovely fresh eggs for breakfast.
The site is made up of three separate fields and each pitch is neatly cut back and surrounded by wild flowers. We were on a grass pitch with EHU and water so was everything we needed. The owner informed us if our electric lead or water wasn’t long enough he had ones we could borrow. Also if any of our appliances were to trip the electrics (they didnt) he could always up our supply a little.
All in all, an amazing, close to nature, no frills site that we absolutely loved and will definitely visit again in the future.10 out of 10.

Gostou: Close to Bosherston lakes and coast.
We were rare visitors at the end of September, so we had the site to ourselves.
Nicely laid out pitches, with well cut grass, making great shapes. There is a large area which could be used for a football match. The kids in the summer would love that.

Lots of hot water for shower and washing up.

Não gostou: Shower and toilet combined in a small room/space.

Gostou: I loved the natural feel of the site, no hardstanding, great.

Gostou: The pitches are large so you don’t feel crammed in (although there was no more than 4 people there while we stayed).
The location was mostly really peaceful. There is a military cars right next door so the first night there was heavy gunfire until around 22:00.
Free tea and coffee on in the mornings

Não gostou: The facilities were dirty, they clearly had not been cleaned in a while and weren’t cleaned during our entire stay. There are only 4 showers, 3 of which are tiny. I assume when the site is busy you would have to wait for a shower. The other toilets are unlit and doors didn’t lock.
This was the most I have ever paid for a campsite and the price does not reflect the site, I wouldn’t stay again purely based on the facilities.
There is WiFi but you only get 2 free 1 hour sessions.

Gostou: Quiet and peaceful site. Easy to find and lots of care and attention paid to getting the right pitch for us.
Clean, multiple toilets and showers. Lots of hot water for washing up.

The little shop in the caravan was a great bonus.


Really nice gesture with tea and coffee in the morning and marshmallows in the night.
Will definitely be back again.

Mobile phone reception is a bit poor but we didn’t need it anyway

Gostou: We had a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend here, the owners were so welcoming, and we loved the Marshmallows in the evening on the little fire pits each pitch had. The pitches were really spacious and well maintained, the facilities were brilliant and clean and showers were lovely. 2 hours of free wifi per day, although we had plenty of signal so didn't need it. The little shop on site was well stocked. Can't find a fault with it (except the proximity to the Army training baracks when Sergeant Shouty started up at 6am on Saturday).
