Polubione: Shower/toilet block clean with plenty of very hot water. Restaurant has limited menu but food good. Can order bread etc for next morning. Pitches adequate size. Staff friendly and helpful. Tennis court for exercise.

Niepolubione: Very large site. Pitch sparsely grassed, uneven and rock hard. Swimming pool clean and of good standard BUT often crowded and not an inch of shade. Voix Verte is not close to the campsite and cycling from and to it is very steep as are many of the roads in the nearest village. River next to campsite accessed by boulder beach so not really suitable for riverside picnic or swimming. Free WiFi available for 10 mins at a time.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to provide a few clarifications in response to your comments.

Each day, our chef offers a **selection of four dishes**: a meat option, a fish option, a vegetarian dish, and an additional alternative to satisfy a variety of preferences.

As for the **swimming pool**, it is rarely crowded, even during peak season. On average, about thirty people enjoy it at the same time, in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The water is maintained at **26°C (79°F)**. For safety reasons, **no parasols are installed**, but a small grassy area nearby offers **natural shade**.

Our **campsite pitches are shaded and grassy**, contrary to what was mentioned. They are neither rocky nor barren.

The **greenway** is located approximately **2 kilometers from the campsite**. It’s true that Ardèche roads are not always flat—**quite the opposite**—but that’s also part of what makes our beautiful region so charming.

Additionally, from the campsite, there is direct access to a lovely **grassy and shaded riverside beach**, perfect for a picnic. Perhaps you didn’t notice it? The riverbed itself is made up of pebbles, so **water shoes are recommended**.

Lastly, **Wi-Fi has been available throughout the entire campsite with unlimited access** for over two years now. It is not limited to 10 minutes, as mentioned.

We are truly sorry that our establishment did not fully meet your expectations, and we remain at your disposal should you wish to discuss your experience further.

Merci pour votre retour. Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter quelques précisions afin de répondre au mieux à vos remarques.

Notre chef propose chaque jour un choix varié de **quatre plats** : une viande, un poisson, un plat végétarien ainsi qu’une option supplémentaire, afin de satisfaire tous les goûts.

Concernant la **piscine**, celle-ci est rarement bondée, même en haute saison. En moyenne, une trentaine de personnes en profitent simultanément, dans une ambiance calme et agréable. L’eau est maintenue à **26°C**. Pour des raisons de sécurité, **aucun parasol n’est installé** autour du bassin, mais une petite plage engazonnée attenante offre une **zone naturellement ombragée**.

Nos **emplacements de camping sont ombragés et herbeux**, contrairement à ce qui a été indiqué. Ils ne sont ni caillouteux, ni dénudés.

La **voie verte** se situe à environ **2 kilomètres du camping**. Il est vrai que les routes de l’Ardèche présentent du **relief**, ce qui fait aussi le charme et la beauté de notre région.

Par ailleurs, depuis le camping, un accès direct permet de rejoindre une jolie **plage herbeuse et ombragée**, idéale pour un pique-nique. Peut-être ne l'avez-vous pas repérée ? Le lit de la rivière est, en effet, constitué de galets, ce qui rend le port de **chaussures d’eau recommandé**.

Enfin, le **Wi-Fi est désormais disponible en illimité sur l’ensemble du camping** depuis plus de deux ans. Il n’est donc pas restreint à 10 minutes comme vous l'avez indiqué.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que notre établissement n’ait pas entièrement répondu à vos attentes, mais restons à votre disposition pour en discuter plus amplement.

Polubione: Veel animatie voor jong en oud, lekker eten, heerlijke coctails, enorm vriendelijk personeel, goede samenwerking met sportieve buitenshuize activiteiten, kleine maar gezellige camping, warm onthaal, elke ochtend vers stokbrood, proper zwembad. We komen zeker terug!

Niepolubione: Relatief weinig privacy op de kampeerplaatsen. (Open plekken waar geen of weinig afscheiding/haag is)

Polubione: Superbe accueil, personnel très agréable. Le camping est propre bien aménagé et les animations sont très sympa aussi bien pour les petits que pour les grands.
Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour on y serai bien rester une semaine de plus.

Polubione: Loved the campsite, good size pitches and friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was lovely and not too expensive.
We rented Kayaks from the campsite and were picked up by minibus. The Kayaking is a must do- great fun.
Short walk down from the site to the river however it is only deep enough for paddling, not really swimming - there are plenty of other perfect spots for swimming in with up or down the river though.

Niepolubione: Unisex toilet/shower block- I would prefer males and females to be separate.

The on-site shop only had short opening hours.

Polubione: L'accueil du personnel, la piscine.
Camping très calme

Niepolubione: Le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de navette de bus pour se déplacer dans les villages alentours.
Ayant un camping car, nous n'avions pas de moyens de transport pour nous déplacer.

Effectivement nous sommes situé au coeur de 7 hectares de nature loin de toute nuisance sonores en bordure de l Ardeche au pied d'un petit village de 350 habitants. mais à proximité de nombreux sites toursitiques
Ce qui peut expliquer que la region ou le departement n'aient pas investi dans une ligne de bus ou navette.
Pour le wifi cette année celui-ci est desormais gratuit pour l'ensemble du camping et est diffusé par satelites via stalink
