Likte: Beautiful views across the field, the campsite was nice and quiet as we went just after the bank holiday. The toilets were checked morning and night and stayed clean and well stocked throughout our stay. The dish washing facility is basic but works, a kettle is supplied for hot water, they also supply eco friendly washing up detergent, bowl and scrubbing brushes. Bolam lake is just across the road for a lovely walk which was enjoyed by everyone, even the teenager! The owners are lovely and gave a very friendly welcome and checked in to see how things were going and if there was anything they could do to help.

Likte ikke: Nothing to dislike, enjoyable stay. Unfortunately due to the amount of rain I needed assistance to get out of the field but this is no fault of the owners.

Likte: This was a lovely immaculate run site with a really family feel ran by people who really cared and nothing was too much trouble. We were welcomed both on and and off the site. The weekend brought very wet weather and campers who found themselves struggling to get off the site were quickly assisted. The portaloos and dishwashing area were regularly cleaned and all campers were regularly checked upon.

Likte: Excellent facilities, David & Jill are really nice and helpful hosts. Would recommend to families with young or older children as the area is secure. Will definitely be booking again!

Likte: This was my first experience as a solo camper. Jill and David are a lovely couple that have an amazing site. It’s clean and well managed and they do their best to make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need. I’ve never known site owners to come around and chat to visitors like they do. I felt so safe and comfortable. The toilets are extremely clean and well kept too. It’s right across the road from Bolam Country park which was ideal because I had my dog with me. I will definitely be back!
