Ik was blij met Great place to put your tent up,⛺️ good view of a old hill fort with burial mounds on the top in the distance. will be visiting again next year.

Ik was blij met The kids facilities. Great to have a playground, bouncy castle and space for football. Kids loved being at the playground first thing in the morning.
The view was lovely.
Ik was niet blij met The toilet/sink/shower block was not pleasant. Toilets should be separate to showers at least and was not particularly clean.
The camp beds for the kids were really uncomfortable and generally didn't find the bell tents that cosy or comfortable. For the cost I didn't think it was worth it and honestly not sure why the ratings are so high.

Ik was blij met This was great - such a nice bar (with great Guinness!) for parents, bouncy castle for the kids, lovely bell tent for us all (comfy beds, amazing lighting) and a brilliant time cooking and toasting marshmallows on the hired fire pit bbq kit. Paddy was a tireless and entertaining host. A really good time.
Ik was niet blij met Not a fan of the toilet/shower/washroom block (although the showers were good!) - it's all there in one shared room basically (unisex) which made me slightly uncomfortable when my young daughter headed off to use the facilities in the night.

Ik was blij met Playground and bouncy castle had my child entertained so much he was not all interested in anything else. The campsite has a lovely view.
Ik was niet blij met Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, especially around the club house area and the toilets. Can’t rely on the cafe being open for breakfast. Don’t forget it’s camping so that means catering for yourself!

Ik was blij met Faculties, beautiful chill out BBQ area. Park for the children. Great bar. Paddy the owner could do enough for us.

Ik was blij met Hospitality of the hosts. Onsite bar and great views.
Ik was niet blij met Not much to do in the local town. Walks were nice and the view from the white horse was amazing, but quiet spot otherwise.

Ik was blij met The welcome was amazing from Patrick. Everything was explained clearly and he was always willing to help.
The site was generally quiet in a beautiful setting with stunning views
The showers were hot, you could park by your tent, pop in to the bar to play pool or grab a drink and you could freeze your freezer blocks.
Ik was niet blij met (Purely personal taste) I don't like mixed-sex / communal toilets and showers. Otherwise it was great!

Ik was blij met We loved Country View and will definitely be back! The site is beautiful and the facilities for the children were brilliant, it felt very safe too. Patrick was really friendly and welcoming and the bell tent was fantastic.
