I minori di 18 anni possono soggiornare nel campeggio soltanto se accompagnati dai genitori o da una persona autorizzata.- Le prenotazioni per gruppi composti da 6 o più adulti che viaggiano insieme (escluse coppie e parenti stretti) non sono accettate.
- Non si accettano prenotazioni per gruppi/vacanze il cui scopo sia festeggiare addii al celibato o al nubilato.
- Le roulotte continentali (quelle realizzate con la portiera del passeggero sul lato destro) non sono ammesse.
- La reception chiude alle 19:00. Se pensi di arrivare dopo quell'ora, ti preghiamo di contattare la struttura mentre sei in viaggio, in modo che lo staff possa fornirti le informazioni necessarie sulla tua unità.
- Almeno uno dei membri del gruppo deve avere almeno 21 anni o più.
- Non sono ammesse unità più lunghe di 6 metres metri.
- Distanza minima di 6 metri tra le piazzole.
- Si consiglia agli ospiti di portare con sé una torcia di buona qualità, poiché alcune zone della struttura non sono illuminate.
- È proibito accendere fiamme libere all'interno delle unità.
- In loco non sono presenti contenitori per l'immondizia; si prega di portare via con sé tutta la spazzatura prodotta.
- Si prega di notare che le docce sono unisex.
- Please note that all rubbish must be taken home with you. The showers are warm (not hot) and do not have high pressure.

Mi è piaciuto: We loved Stud Farm. The views are amazing !! Loads of room around our motorhome. Very friendly member of staff who delivered eggs , sausages and lamb burgers to us , also helped with clear directions to the sea. We had everything on our van that we needed so didn’t use the facilities but it does clearly state that they are basic in the email they sent. Pitch was level. We’ll definitely be back. Well done to all the staff.

Mi è piaciuto: Peaceful and quiet
Non mi è piaciuto: £12 charge for a child - absolutely joke. Facilities are basic - even hot shower didn't work properly. Spent 10 minutes waiting for some hot water got an equivalent of a cup of warm water before it went to cold. Their pitchup page says no chemical disposal - but guess what, there is one.

however we are addressing this lack of pressure and are investing money to improve the situation.
I did check the pitch up site and the chemical toilet disposal was in bold to say it is available.

Mi è piaciuto: Well kept organised camp. Immaculate clean toilets and washing up areas. Beautiful area with sheep and horses and wildlife. Lovely walks along the downs and to the seafront in walking distance.

Mi è piaciuto: Lovely walks around the area.
Nice space to play games in.
Options to order food and fire out.
Non mi è piaciuto: When it’s windy it’s very windy due to its elevated and exposed location, be warned.
Only found out it has low water pressure after booking and upon arrival, it’s not advertised, so be warned it can be a dribble and very cold water with Intermittent hot dribble water.
Take your rubbish home is frustrating if you are there for a while.
The people that work there literally drive around in what feels like very 5 minutes making it noisy and the feeling of being watched, but they were friendly.
Expensive for what you get.

Dal gestore: thank you for your feed back, the web site is very transparent, and clearly states that we are on top of the downs suffering low pressure on our water system (so it is advertised}, however we are addressing this situation and looking into avenues to resolve the low pressure. majority of our customers would rather take their rubbish home than pay even more for pitches for us to get rid of trade waist..
our staff never drive unnecessarily, they have fire pits to deliver, logs and repeat orders, toilet cleaning etc, and they do try to make your stay as good as possible.

Mi è piaciuto: Friendly staff, amazing large field with stunning views. Didn't use the showers as only stayed 1 night but looked nice enough & was advised about the water pressure prior to arrival and again when we arrived. Toilets well stocked with paper/soap and clean. Decent size pitches, looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

Mi è piaciuto: owners provided lots of useful information about access. Hayley greeted me on entry and explained everything and then helped me get my gas working! The fresh food was delicious. The site is high up on the Tye but has level areas and has wonderful sunset views and immediate access to good walks. The town can be reached by a short walk to access shops and pubs. Facilities were clean and accessible.
