Perfect, peaceful secluded spot close to nature.

Mi è piaciuto A peaceful, private spot with all the amenities you need. We took our pooch and headed off in to the forest from the pitch up. Vince was easily contactable and offered his support if we needed it….but we didn’t. Outside wash up area, tap, hose, toilet, wood burner and access to electric hookup if you need it. There is a separate utility garage at your disposal for storage/drying needs which we didn’t use. Even though it is next to someone’s home it is well shielded and we did not feel overlooked.

A quiet sactuary to switch off, enjoy nature and take in the views

Mi è piaciuto The really friendly welcome from the owner, the stunning location and views. Your own private bathroom. A lovely babbling brook right nxt to you. A proper hard standing parking location. Within 10 minutes of parking up, i had deer walking past within 20 feet. A fantastic place to sit and watch the sun set.

Mi è piaciuto Great little park up, ideal spot for walker's with direct access to forest. Owner welcomed us and offered fresh eggs, excellent! Although we have all we need, it was good to have the option of toilet and washing up sink.

Mi è piaciuto Great location. Very quirky pitch but loved it. A world away from the mega-sites nearby. We just fancied something smaller and we got it! Our own loo!! Great for a night or two. Football pitch, park and Forest walks on the doorstep. Lovely.

some forestry walks on the doorstep

Mi è piaciuto Booked by accident, intended to book for the end of June but mistakenly booked for end of April and so glad we did. What a wonderful find, single pitch with it's own sink for washing up, a clean toilet, a table, chairs & sun umbrella overlooking wonderful forestry. We saw some deer and just before we left the owner (Vince) greeted us with some fresh eggs from his chickens and told us there are some wild boar in there too. It's also an amazing sun trap, south facing so we had sunshine all day long. Looking forward to our return visit in June.
