- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Facilities/activities including BBQ hut are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
- The facilities are located 50m to 120m from the camping field. Customers are allowed to bring their own firewood but not their own firepits. The toilet waste disposal for touring units must be eco-friendly, for septic tank use, and must not contain formaldehyde or chemicals harmful to waterways.

We only stayed one night but would definitely book for longer next time.
Shower was INCREDIBLE nice & hot nothing fancy but much nicer than some sites that are freezing when you get out!
Man who greeted us was accommodating.
