What customers say
Seaward Holiday Park gets rave reviews for its amazing views, spotless grounds, and super helpful staff. Guests love the heated outdoor pool, big pitches, and being close to the beach and Kirkcudbright. Facilities are generally top-notch, though some tent campers found the walk to the ablutions a bit far. A bridge weight limit caused minor detours for bigger rigs. Everyone highly recommends it and plans to come back!

Liked This is a fantastic site overlooking the sea with great facilities that are clean and well laid out. The on-site warden (Kevin) is very nice and helpful, but not obtrusive in any way. It is a great base if, like us, you like to hike around the Scottish landscape. The nearby town of Kirkudbright has lots to offer the visitor. If you plan to dine out one evening, we would recommend the Auld Alliance restaurant in Kirkudbright, which offers a choice of traditional Scottish food with a French twist, but make sure you book in advance as it is well patronised by locals.

Excellent site with great facilities. Short walk to the seashore.
Electric touring pitch
Liked Located right on Kirkcudbright bay. A few minutes walk down to the seashore. The site has excellent facilities. Lovely clean shower block with loads of hot water in the shower. We upgraded to a serviced pitch which more our stay even more pleasant.
We walked in to the town and had a few drinks in the Kirkcudbright Bay hotel. The locals were very friendly and welcoming.
Possibly the only downside is the bridge over the river Dee having a weight restriction which means vehicles over 3500kg and cars with caravans aren't allowed to use the bridge. This means a bit of a detour.
We cane for the dark skies, unfortunately the weather really let us down.
If were ever over this way again we will definitely book here again..
Disliked Detour due to the bridge. Nothing to do with the park though.
