What customers say
This well-kept campsite boasts stunning mountain views and a peaceful vibe. Guests rave about the beautiful location and easy riverside walk to Beddgelert. Pitches are roomy, and facilities are clean, if a bit dated. Friendly staff, direct trail access, and decent Wi-Fi are big pluses. Poor cell signal & midges were noted, and some found it pricey, but most want to return!

Very calm and quiet site with…
Powered grass campervan or tent campsite
Liked Very calm and quiet site with good facilities. We were able to move our pitch when we discovered it was too bumpy for a tent without any difficulty. We liked the outdoor covered cooking area and indoor seating for backpackers.

It was my second stay there. This one less than perfect! Needs thought
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Well laid out site with good-sized pitches and a great location nestled within the mountains, with brilliant walking access to Beddgelert, Llyn Dinas, the Sygun copper mine and the bottom of the Watkin path up Snowdon.
Disliked Shutting off access to the toilets / showers for an hour at 8:30am on a busy bank holiday weekend when several people, including me wanted to have a shower!
OK, they have two facilities, but quite a walk apart! I DID walk to the other, but there was obviously a queue because the other block was closed!!!!!

Great loc for a Snowdon trip, but be prepared to go off grid for phone
Powered grass campervan or tent campsite
Liked Clean easy to find and good location for Snowdon.
Disliked WiFi is essential due to no phone signal and it was poor around the site dropping out several times a minute. Added some stress to the stay.
Recommend to friends Visit again
I loved my time here but not a lot to do for children, no little park.
Powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite
Liked Loved how clean everywhere was, nice layout, close enough to walk into beddgelert, great to have campervan/motorhome grey water facility
Disliked No dog field or anywhere to run you dog off the lead, not much to do for small children
