Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Single-sex bookings of 3 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- A charge of £0.20 ($0.27) applies for the use of the shower.
- Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Units longer than 6.8 metres are not allowed.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
- Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.
- No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

From the manager: Thank you for reviewing, we had numerous complaints from other families about late noise and one guests spoke to you at 2 am asking you to be quiet. We spoke to you in the morning and luckily you had only booked for the 1 night. We are a quiet park but there are other more commercial parks which would suit you better.

Liked Superb views, friendly, polite helpful staff. Clean & tidy site. Washrooms were immaculate. Lovely hot showers, plenty of hand basins & toilets. Fresh bread to order daily. (Not Sundays) Nicely stocked on site shop, with plenty of local info.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.

Disliked Pitches were quite cramped together.

Liked Alles war super, genau wie letztes Jahr unser absoluter lieblingplatz in Großbritannien. Wir kommen definitiv immer wieder!

Fabulous stay

Liked The view is fabulous. It’s very peaceful and quiet. The walk into Lyme Regis takes you along the river and is fairly shady. Jules and his wife are very welcoming and friendly. We can 100% recommend a stay here and will be back.
Disliked Nothing but advise you take heavy duty tent pegs which you can also buy in the site shop. Goes to show the tent pegs you get with your tent/awning are useless 🤪

Liked Beautiful place to spend a few nights with family. Excellent sight, very clean and organised. Washrooms, toilets and showers are kept beautifully clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend a visit to Hook Farm and Lyme Regis. We will definitely be back again.

Liked Lovely pitch with great views. The couple on reception were very friendly and welcoming. Showers and washrooms spotless and plentiful. Great river walk into Lyme Regis. All in all a fantastic stay
