What customers say
This large, well-kept site has friendly staff. Guests loved the clean facilities & family activities, especially pools. Some found pitches cramped, it noisy, & worried about e-bike speed/activity costs. Many want to return.

Great site very clean and tidy, but could do sorting some footpaths.
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Plenty to do very well run and clean.
Disliked Needs footpaths along the main road accident waiting to happen especially at night.

Okay overall but unlikely to return
Powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked The campsite has good size pitches and level, we had one with an electric hook up. Travelling with young children, being close to the play park was a good bonus. The pools were good, the kids very much enjoyed the water slides and lazy river. The site itself is close to amenities which is useful. Facilities were some what clean, at times the toilet block ran out of toilet roll or it was thrown across the floor. The showers were hot and fairly roomy.
Disliked Whilst this is advertised as dog friendly, dogs cannot access any of the buildings. There is a dog park which you have to pay for (although the previous user would usually leave the gate open). The site itself is huge which for us was okay however the tent pitches were around a 15 min walk from the beach and both pools. We were accused of a noise complaint, whilst we weren’t even on site! The site itself is rather over priced and the activities for kids gets booked up very quickly!

had a great break overall.
Powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked lots for the kids to do over all the linked parks. Food was a reasonable price too. Staff friendly
Disliked only complaint is the touring park could do with a shop thats a bit closer. it was a bit of a trek for the Nisa’s on the other sites and bus not always around at the time required.

Clean facilities, close access to drinking…
Powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Clean facilities, close access to drinking water and electricity. Convenience all round. Great location and good value for money. I liked the entertainment disco, my daughter liked the music and dancing.
Disliked Showers too hot. Would have liked a temperature gauge.
Also sinks too high for small children to wash hands. A step would have been useful in the toilets.
Walk to lido was on a main road and dangerous at times. A walking route there would be ideal.

Pitches were in a great condition and the staff were very friendly

Liked We had such a lovely stay! The campsite was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed close by. The kids loved making friends and riding their bikes together, which brought back so many childhood memories. The pools were great (and no booking needed!), the entertainment was fun, and being so close to the beach made it extra special. Watching sunsets and even spotting shooting stars was the perfect ending to our days – we can’t wait to come back!
Disliked The campsites are quite close together but we had a lot of campers come and go so we had space to play in between pitches. The bathrooms could get a bit grubby but they were serviced often.

Loud, expensive and cramped
Powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked The staff were all very polite and helpful and navigating around the site was made easy with all the information provided.
Disliked The pitches are quite small and crammed together. The lack of a clear evening curfew meant that other campers were enabled to play very loud music and have very noisy parties late into the night, which was made worse by the close proximity. Calling security didn’t seem to affect the noise level very much and it happened every night of our stay. Despite a good range of facilities the cost of food and additional activities was very pricey. And as cars move about on site a lot means it doesn’t feel very safe for the kids.
