Primitive grass RV campsite
Liked Lovely venue. Used the camping field and appreciated the marked pitches, ample space and level. Didn't use the option for campfire, although great to have this option provided by the hosts.
Showers and toilets were very clean (4 of each which was plenty).
Owners were great (including gorgeous new puppy). Enjoyed the opportunity to walk around the open areas of the farm and see the Highland cattle, pigs and goats.

Great simple no frills campsite. Clean peaceful. Would recommend.
Primitive grass RV campsite
Liked Peaceful, well thought out and marked pitches. Nothing but bird noise. The toilets were spotless. Great communication from owners with gate codes etc. Safe and secure location. Will definitely stay again if in the area.
Disliked I thought I read on pitch up that there were stunning views of the south downs and neighbouring highland cattle. However the camping fields are flanked by thick tree lines so there are no views. It didn't spoil our experience though.

Thoroughly recommend this site and hope to return!
Primitive grass RV campsite
Liked Friendly campsite owners. Good spacious pitches. Spotless showers and toilets. Fire pits allowed. Liked the natural vibe and it being an adult only site.
Disliked WiFi coverage was poor - although this did help to ‘switch off’ for the weekend

We loved it here and will be back!
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Our first ever camping trip. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the toilets and showers. We appreciated the washing up station and the clear signs to bins, drinking water etc.
Loved being able to use a firepit and buy logs on site. Beautiful and peaceful.
Disliked Minor, but advertised as free WiFi but the WiFi only works if you stand outside the showers. Not a problem for us, but worth mentioning!

Excellent site that was easy to turn up and find a pitch.
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Liked that the field was divided into sections for your pitch with small patch of wildflowers between them. Meant we were all spaced out
Disliked Couldn’t take car to the pitch so had to do trolly loads back and forth

Primitive grass RV campsite
Liked Great Place that is very well kept, really nice rustic feel but with all the facilities you need, helpful owners, clean and comfortable. Loved the area, we walked to a vinyard and had some great wine :-) Nice pub about an hours walk away.
Disliked Nothing really, I guess they could provide toilet paper but not an issue as they make sure they tell you....
