Liked: The Pub and staff very good, only had a drink but others recommended the food

Stay well away. It says quiet family site. Far from it.
Primitive cement/asphalt and grass campsite
Liked: The pub and staff were very friendly and the food looked really nice.
Disliked: Where to start ?? The site is scruffy and the facilities are awful the toilets are dirty and outdated and there is only one shower each for male and female. The site is right next to the main railway line and trains are flying by every 5 mins it shakes the van with the rumble. To top it all off there was a wedding party behind the pub right next to the site blasting out music till nearly midnight. The children's play area was an old wonky basketball hoop and a big plastic elephant with a hole in it you couldn't make it up. Was thinking about going in and asking for a refund but couldn't wait to get out of there tbh.

Lovely owners, nice facilities. Bring ear plugs for the train noise
Power optional cement/asphalt and grass campsite
Liked: Nice even pitch. Friendly owners. The pub looked nice, but closed before we had a chance to pop in (they're so busy on a Sunday I'm not surprised they close early)
There's another pub about 10-15 mins walk.
Toilets and showers were fine.
Disliked: As others have mentioned, the Trains running close by. You can't help but hear them during the night (the freight trains run even after the passenger ones stop)
