Hay Field primitive grass tent campsite (small)
Liked Amazing position above the sea, right on the coast path. Good facilities including toilets and showers. The Picknick food truck was also very handy! We didn’t have any issues with noise - it was a lovely night’s camping.

Family friendly site
Hay Field primitive grass tent campsite (large)
Liked Lovely site. We visited with 3 children under 10. Loads of space to play and a great park.
The toilet / shower block was very modern with lots of space in the showers. They were clean in the evenings when the warden had done a splendid job.
Disliked Very small washing up area.
Close to the cliffs if you have a child that likes to adventure it isn’t fenced off!
It is sited next to a scout site which for us was no problem. But if you like a lie in, the leader calling PT in 10 minutes might wake you up at 6.50. Personally we enjoyed the energy of the camp.

Hay Field primitive grass tent campsite (large)
Liked Beautiful view over the sea. Site was very well mantained and fairly quiet at night. Showers were great, always hot water and the block was cleaned regularly throughout the day. Warden on site was helpful. Great location as only a short walk to West Runton beach or Sheringham for shops etc.
Disliked Toilet block would probably have been rather small if the site was full of people. But we never had to wait during our stay.

What’s not to like? One of our favourites.
Church Field powered grass campsite
Liked Beeston Regis offers the perfect location. Twenty minute walk into Sheringham, ten minutes to the beautiful beach at West Runton and fifty minutes walk to Cromer.
Site is impeccably maintained, Rob the caretaker (for want of a better word) relentlessly keeps the toilets and showers clean and supplied with papers, soaps etc.

Beautiful well located, maintained and equipped campsite
Hay Field primitive grass tent campsite (large)
Liked Loved the location, the office team on arrival were very efficient. Shower block clean, washing up area clean. Hot water for both which was perfect.
Tent pitches great size. The campsite has a little cafe wagon not open all the time but a treat when it is. Nearby to village, beautiful coastal walks to Sheringham or Cromer and beyond.
