Brilliant site with spectacular views and great facilities
Primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Lovely peaceful site with spectacular views. On the Shropshire away so great for walking. Great facilities (kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezers). Friendly and welcoming owners. Highly recommend the farmhouse breakfast, we had the veggie version, it was delicious.

Quiet, clean, well maintained, great views, cooked breakfasts.
Mynd View camping pod
Liked Lovely, quiet, out of the way, farm site camping. My favourite. We've been coming to Woodbatch for years but this was our first time in the Camping Pod. Enjoyed the covered deck with garden furniture. We sat and watched swallows and 2 red kites wheeling overhead.
Disliked I disliked that my stay was so brief but real life calls...

Primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked wonderful views. Well set out camping field with picnic tables and fire pit at each place.
Facilities were clean and worked v well.
Pitches were level at top and bottom of field.
Disliked We were on cycles and the last drive steeply up gravel was very difficult at the end of a hard day!

Overall an excellent campsite will return.
Primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Clean facilities, remote, quiet location, spacious pitches. Loved the addition of a fire pit and picnic bench. Great for stargazing and generally be left to it. No on site wifi but plenty of signal that you could stream.
Disliked Access is bumpy (but expected given the remote location). A definite slope to the field. Could have benefited from a bit more info on arrival such as how/when to order the breakfast and details on the local area.

Primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Gorgeous view of the sun rising over the hills in the morning! I stayed with my beagle for a night, and there was plenty of space between pitches even with her on long leash, spacious and clean facilities and had a decent movable bowls for campfires. A 30 min drive through beautiful scenery to Stiperstones Ridge and Long Mynd. 😘🐶🍃
