What customers say
Very clean, spacious, well-kept site, big on families. Staff are friendly & helpful. Toilets/showers excellent & clean. On-site shop is well-stocked. Kids love the play area & skate ramp. Some noise during busy times; a few wished for shower upgrades/more capacity at peak times.

Primitive cement/asphalt and grass campsite
Liked The wardens were extremely welcoming and very accommodating when we asked for a quieter area to stay.
The option to have a quieter area during a really busy bank holiday weekend. It was much appreciated.
The toilet and shower facilities were excellent and kept very clean.
Disliked The WiFi wasn’t working during our stay, which certainly isn’t a criticism as we were told it was due to damage.

Powered grass campsite
Liked Nice size campsite, staff very friendly and welcoming! Shop was very good too , nothing they didn’t have that you would want or need for your stay
Disliked The park was a bit of a let down , could do with more to play on for the kids
Toilets/showers definitely need more , personally the showers would be better being separate to the toilets, people cleaning there teeth while people waiting to wash there hands ect - the showers and toilets wasn’t the cleanest, there was a dirty mop and bucket full of black water to mop the floor with after you’ve used the shower - showers wasn’t very warm either

Primitive cement/asphalt and grass campsite
Liked Top site. Friendly welcome, clean facilities and obviously looked after. The village shop being onsite is a bonus.
I am not going to leave a dislike, but be aware. This is very much a family site and as a solo traveller visiting family locally, it was very noisy through the evening.
Disliked See liked.

Thank you for not putting as a dislike and being understanding if you travel with us as a solo traveller again please ask to be put into the paddock if possible as we try and keep this as a adults only area if possible
clean site toilets, showers but lots of rubbish on floor by park/ramp
Primitive cement/asphalt and grass campsite
Liked Easy to book and talk with wardens/owners.
Excellent price.
Great amenities (toilets, showers, shop).
Choice to pitch where you like.
Disliked Noise - Children left ‘playing’ and shouting on the skate ramp until 23:00. Unacceptable really. Had to call warden to complain.
Proximity of pitch next to one another. Would prefer ‘neighbours’ were a little further away.

From the manager: Thank you for your kind review
We had another issue on site which is why children were left later than normal would have hoped that other parents would have helped us out and got their children back to their units
All our pitches are safety regulated away from each other
See you next year
Would definitely use again as a stop over
Powered grass campsite
Liked Clean and tidy, good facilities
Disliked A little bit to open, no privacy
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: Thank you for your kind review
Glad you enjoyed your stay
We are a very open site, so people can see children playing, windbreaks would always be a bit of advice for more privacy on sites like ours
Hope to see you again
