Liked: Loved everything and everyone, really lovely receptionist and John and his team really helpful. Cannot fault this lovely site. we will continue to go there as long as we can.
The people that run the site are really hard working making sure you are well informed, set the rules and keep thing running nice. including cleaning the toilets even when some people don’t flush the loos ( young, teenagers or older people, who ever these people are they seem to think the loos, flush automatically, they don’t. I will say the people that run the site never complain they but I’m sure it would be better for them if visitors used the facilities as they would if in their own home and flush the toilets.
Disliked: No dislikes for the site or the people wonderful place.
main my disappointment is that other visitors to the site don’t seem to respect the work and effort put in to keeping it nice. I’m sure other visitors seem to think toilets flush themselves, or just leaving the toilets in a state. This would include the younger and older generation. If you visit somewhere that’s not your home, make sure you leave the toilets how you would wish to find them at home, Clean and flushed. It’s not that difficult it’s just lazyness.

Liked: Everything was clean and tidy, a lot of room and the whole site was equipped with necessities like a children's playground, well-stocked shop, clean showers & toilets.
We have really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back again, as it was just a nice and enjoyable experience.
Disliked: There wasn't a thing that we disliked

Liked: Shower block was clean on day of departure toilets were backing up and not flushing properly. Let’s just say you had to choose your cubicle wisely. It’s billed as a five star site but in reality it’s a 3 star. The site shop is very good but somewhat expensive. I guess that is what you pay for convenience. Pitches were fine, standard gravel and grass. Close to retail park for supermarkets, good Chinese takeaway offers deliveries, close to Kings Lynn.
Disliked: The chemical toilet waste point was my main dislike. It needed a damn good clean with a jet wash and a decent cleaner chemical would help massively. Taps to hoses were hanging off the wall and the middle point of the three (one was grey waste) had a tap the literally sprayed everywhere, successfully managing to soak me from the waist down. Part of the cleanliness issue is down to campers / residents / seasonal pitchers not cleaning the station down with the fresh water hose after use. Some of the seasonal pitches as you come out of the facilities block were a mess. A three wheel reliant behind a windbreak not sure if it was broken down or dumped. Some of the seasonal pitched vans need a good cleaner chemical as I felt like i was on some sort of traveller encampment.

Liked: The site was easy to find. Great reception from hosts on arriving at the site where everything was explained, there is also a nice little shop at reception which stocked quite a few essential items.
The site was clean and well laid out.
The ablutions were clean and the showers were plentiful and warm with lots of space in the cubicles.
Overall this was a great stop over for us and the price was very reasonable especially with the electric hook up.
We would definitely stay here again in the future.
Disliked: There is a little road noise from a nearby main road but nothing that would stop us returning in the future and this is us being picky.

Liked: The site was in a great location and the facilities were spotlessly clean. It was fairly busy as it was the Easter weekend but very quiet and no disturbances at all. Met by lovely staff at reception and escorted to choose a pitch. Kids loved the park and a really lovely site in general.
Disliked: The button for the showers lasted 9 seconds per push. It was a little frustrating.

Liked: It was a lovely site. Good location and great facilities. Pitches were level and well tended.
Toilets were always clean and showers are really nice and warm.
They have a really well stocked shop which has local produce.
Staff were very friendly.
No noise after 10 which is wonderful!
Disliked: The pitches, whilst adequate, aren’t particularly roomy so you are quite close to your neighbours.
It would help to have some guidance on arrival of where things are. It doesn’t take long to work it out but it would be helpful if the person showing us to our pitch just pointed out toilets/disposal points etc.

Liked: Lovely welcome, very friendly owners who are more than willing to address take care of their customers.
We were there over Easter weekend which was very busy we wasn't pre assigned to pitch in regiment lines. The owner took us to and showed a suggested pitch that would work for us. But the owner was willing to suggest change if not suitable (obviously would be down to number of vans present)
The shower/toilet blocked kept very cleaned and checked regularly by the site staff. There was a small but well kept shop with all sorts, could buy local eggs and meat.
For us the added bonus was the wifi which worked very well on the site

Liked: Clean Tidy well maintained
Disliked: Serious shortage of space, for our 5mt bell tent+guy lines + vehicle . Crammed in amongst a bunch of caravans on 3 sides. Even got told off because my vehicle encroached on another pitch, that wasn’t being used.
