A peaceful site in the middle of Monte Baldo Natural Park, Camping Polsa sits at the foot of the Italian Alps, in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. This is an excellent place if you are into outdoor pursuits – from hiking and mountain biking (you can hire a set of wheels on site) to winter sports such as cross-country skiing and snowboarding. However, if your pleasure runs to more sedentary activities (perhaps more along the lines of taking in mountain views with a glass of locally produced wine in hand, or listening to birdsong as you stroll in the surrounding woods), Polsa also delivers. The indoor swimming pool (with sauna and Jacuzzi, plus huge windows looking out to wooded peaks) is a great place to start your journey to relaxation. Other facilities include sporting fields (football, basket and volleyball) and a games room with ping pong tables – be warned: with so much for the kids to do around the site, you might see them only at mealtimes. Speaking of which, there are a couple of pizzerias in Brentonico (20 minutes’ drive); however, there’s no need to negotiate the hair-raising zig-zagging road to the town every time you feel hungry, since a restaurant on site serves traditional regional fare (it also has children’s and vegan menus). In addition, there’s a shop selling snacks and assorted items. Amenities include a modern toilet block (with showers and facilities for disabled guests), a washing-up area and a launderette.

Beautiful mountain views! Great for hikers & bikers. Staff are friendly, food's good (especially pizzas!), and facilities are clean. Pool is a hit. Watch out for the steep access road, and some note dated facilities or occasional noise.

Liked De douches en toilet waren proper.

Disliked Jammer dat je maar tussen een bepaald tijdslot van de camping kan rijden met de auto. Oude voorzieningen. Klein restaurant met weinig keuze aan eten. Receptie en shop waren vaak gesloten zonder reden. Man aan de receptie was niet vriendelijk. Er was geen buitenzwembad aanwezig, binnenzwembad was betalen.
Heel ver afgelegen. Hier moet je zijn als je volledige stilte wilt met weinig sfeer.

il ristorante a una vasta scelta tra pizze, antipasti,primi,secondo,dolci e panini.
l'orario del market era dalle 8 del mattino fino alle 19 di sera.
il campeggio ha una fascia oraria di apertura e chiusura come da prassi per ogni campeggio.
la piscina all'aperto purtroppo non c'è. c'è ne una al chiuso con altri servizi e chiaramente sta a pagamento.

Liked The place is very silent and has relatively good infrastructure.
It is a good base for highking trips, but mostly for adults (eventually with teenagers).

Disliked To get there you have to beat long and relatively hard road.
Pure infrastructure for kinds.
Swimming pool available only for 1h.

Liked Bathrooms had enough space, and were really clean, despota the campground being full. Beautiful surrounding, good coffee and pizza, market on the weekends. Kind Italian people ❤️

è venuto nel periodo in cui eravamo pieni e di conseguenza si stava stretti ma credo sia tutto normale per quel periodo.

Disliked zorg dat als je met een caravan komt dat er een sterke auto voor staat. De camping is hoog gelegen en de weg er naar toe smal en behoorlijk steil

grazie per la recensione, per quanto riguarda la strada mi sa che ha preso quella sbagliata perchè ci sono 2 tipi di strade per venire da noi una stretta con tanti tornanti ma veloce ad arrivare fino a qui. l'altra comoda e larga con tornanti belli grandi e spaziosi.

Il ristorante buono, consiglio le pizze. Il personale carino.

Local attractions

Dominating the Adige Valley (and its terraced vineyards), the Castello di Avio fortress (40 minutes’ drive) dates back to the Middle Ages, when it was a cultural and artistic hub. Inside, the walls are decorated with well-preserved frescoes portraying religious scenes and knights fighting battles, plus a couple kissing (in the so-called Love Room). These mountains saw lots of military action during World War I. The monumental Ossario di Castel Dante, on the outskirts of Rovereto (40 minutes), houses the remains of 20,000 soldiers of several nationalities. Nearby, the Campana dei Caduti memorial bell (made with the bronze of war cannons) tolls 100 times each night. Torbole (45 minutes) is a small town in the northern reaches of Lake Garda. Spread a towel on its pebbly beach and watch the windsurfers as they glide across the water with the mountains in the background. Or hire a bike and cycle along the paved Ciclabile del Basso Sarca path all the way to the village of Sarche.
