Liked A really lovely, friendly, very well maintained site. Greeted by the loveliest lady in reception, super helpful and welcoming. And then the guy who showed us to our pitch in his golf buggy, super lovely guy! We had grass pitch for our camper with a lovely view of the sea. Quick bus into town to the pier, harbour - and regular busses back up to. I had poorly pup on the Sunday so we didn’t want to venture out with her - we were both craving a roast so I went to the jetty to see if they would allow a take away carvery and they couldn’t be any more accommodating! You should have seen the smile on my partners face when I came back armed with the goods.!! Toilets/showers were the best I’ve seen in a site! So clean and warm ( was a rainy weekend so the heated floors were a treat). We would defo return!! Great place, great location and super friendly. Oh and get the breakfast!! We had one this morning before we left!! Ten/ten!!

Liked The pitch was spacious, amazing view felt well distanced from neighbours. The toilet block was spotless and looked new. The food was great we all had burgers which were tasty and well priced. Great value for money all round.
Disliked We loved the pool ...but it was old and the facilities outdated.

Our views truly are amazing and I'm pleased you liked the size of your pitch and spacing from fellow holidaymakers. Our toilet blocks have been renovated recently, one this year and the other last year, so they're looking amazing, and our facility cleaners do an incredible job of keeping them immaculate. Really pleased you enjoyed the food and found it to be good value for money.

Excellent site ultra clean. Some pitches had amazing views of the bay

Liked Everything. The site was beautiful, clean and recently renovated. Had everything we needed for our motorhome. Pitch was fully serviced. Bus stop right outside. Easy access to southwest coast path.
Disliked Check in was a bit painful.

Disliked Pitch numbers need to be clearly marked as very hard to see in the dark on arrival. Some missing.

Liked Lovely views overlooking the sea. Very clean with lots of amenities. Local buses are easily accessible to visit local area such as Dartford, Totnes etc.

Loved the sauna steam room and spa pool.
Disliked Traffic noise, the side road is way busier than expected carrying on till after 10pm.

I've just popped down to the blocks, and you're correct that our bottom toilet block does only have the one feed of water - I've passed this on to our team to see if there are any changes we can make to this. Please be assured that our water is tested to ensure safety and our top toilet and shower block does have both hot and cold water feeds. I will also pass on your feedback regarding cold showers in our Oasis centre for future planning - I know it's got some great health benefits!
