All in for Lloret de Mar’s coarse white sands and watersports on the Mediterranean – Camping Lloret Blau will set you up nicely for a beach break in Girona. Pet-friendly and family-oriented, the site is just 15 minutes’ walk from the nearest beach and it’s also within walking distance of Lloret de Mar’s Gothic and modernist architecture, seafront Renaissance gardens and many tapas bars. The beaches here are characteristic of the Costa Brava: white sand, azure water and coarse cliffs. There are four sandy beaches and a total of seven coves around the rocks of Lloret de Mar. The closest is Platja de Lloret de Mar, followed by Cala Banys (25 minutes’ walk, and a top spot for cocktails by the sea), Cala Sa Caleta (25 minutes, and surrounded by pines and red rocks) and Playa de Fenals (half an hour, and excellent for watersports). Come July and August, the site sets its kids’ entertainment service into motion. Enrol them in the mini club or take them to the dedicated area set up for sports, crafts, workshops, games and inflatables. There’s an extensive entertainment programme on-hand, as well as a swimming pool should you fancy a non-salty swim.

Great spot, easy walk to town & beach, plus shops. Staff are a legend, pool's a ripper, and everything's clean. Some reckon it's a bit old-school or gets noisy, with a few ants. Still, good value, especially for the location.

Liked Location was perfect, only a small walk into the main town
10 minutes to the beach
Swimming pool was a nice bonus
Facilities dared but clean and plenty of them
Staff helpful

Disliked Pitches need some litter picking .. we had to clean ours as soon as we arrived
Some dog owners have no respect and do not clear up their dogs mess

Liked The lifeguard was a very nice, genuine person who sorted problems out and made everything fair, the resteraunt food was good and majority staff were very friendly

Disliked Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short, by a whole WEEK. On pitch up, it very obviously says no same sex groups, but the amount of groups of older boys was actually shocking. they were purposely splashing people, they even followed children round the pool filling their snorkels up and making them choke! Even after saying to reception nothing was done. more groups of boys showed up so we complained to the manager as we felt uncomfortable, we didn’t want to go in the pool. The manager could not have cared less and was very dismissive. If your a family, do not stay here as it’s not as family friendly as it may seem.

Oui j'ai aimé ce camping il offre beaucoup de qualités la piscine le bar les soirées organisées, les emplacements sont relativement correctes
Juste un surprise lorsque qu'ils a fallu que je paye un supplément pour une tente sur mon emplacement
Les points d'eau à chaque emplacement sont un plus pas négligeable la sécurité et l'application du respect des autres campeurs sont un point fort de leur politique que j'ai put remarquer
Les sanitaires sont vétuste est demanderaient un rafraîchissement mais il font l'affaire
Les WC sont bien entretenu par des femmes de ménage omniprésent et croyez-moi SI LES GENS ÉTÉ PLUS RESPONSABLE ET MOINS DÉGUEULASSE ce serait bien mieux car elle ont bien du courage
Les gens qui sont en charge d'accueillir et de guider les personnes pendant leur séjours sont agréables
Le camping et super bien placé avec une ville merveilleuse à proximité


Je vous conseille ce camping

surtout j'aimerais surtout plus de respect pour les personnes qui y travaillent

Local attractions

With 14 kilometres of beaches in the immediate area to take your pick from, you should be sorted in the way of beach days. After a spot away from the crowds? Platja de Canyelles (50 minutes’ walk) is a peaceful spot to get in some snorkelling. Take a breather at the small, quiet cove Cala Treumal (55 minutes) too. Those who are feeling a little more energetic can take on volleyball at Santa Cristina Beach (55 minutes), which has views of the Ermita Santa Cristina hilltop chapel, or swim or snorkel in the sea water at Platja de sa Boadella (40 minutes). Cala Bona (15 minutes’ drive), a small fishing town with a cute cove, and Tossa de Mar (20 minutes), a lively resort town popular for scuba divers, are some other sweet options. Sometimes the kids want an extra helping of action, even with all the beaches around. Water World Parc (20 minutes’ walk) has plenty of waterslides for such antics and Marineland Catalunya (20 minutes’ drive) has more pools and slides, along with bird and dolphin shows.
