Merci beaucoup pour votre retour suite à votre séjour en août. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’emplacement, la propreté de nos sanitaires et l’accueil de notre équipe — c’est toujours un plaisir de savoir que nos efforts sont remarqués.

Concernant l’animation, nous tenons à préciser que le programme proposé était complet durant votre séjour. Nous sommes désolés si cela ne s’est pas ressenti sur place, et nous allons voir comment mieux valoriser les activités prévues afin d’éviter cette impression.

Pour le réseau, vous avez tout à fait raison : le manque de couverture est lié aux antennes des opérateurs présents sur la commune. Malheureusement, cela reste indépendant de notre volonté, mais nous restons vigilants sur toute amélioration possible.

Enfin, votre idée de proposer des cours de natation le matin est très intéressante — nous allons y réfléchir pour de futures saisons.

Liked The site was welcoming and very neat and our grandaughter loved the pool complex. There is plenty to do in the area and we would fully reccomend Puy De Fou which is about an hour and a half away. the showers and washing up area were always clean with plenty of hot water. just be aware that you go through a tunnel to get to your pitch which has a 2.6m hight limit.

Pitches are all fully enclosed with mature hedges which helps to keep the noise levels low

The on site restaurant and take away serves basic basic foods but they are all cooked and presented to a very high standard

Disliked Wifi is 18 Euros a week but even though we were right next to the mast the signal was week and slow.

We had a mid-day ferry from Dieppe but were not allowed to leave site before 07:00 due to a strict "Quiet Time" policy this meant we had to leave a day early and find a stop-over on the way.

Concernant les animations, un programme complet est en effet proposé chaque semaine avec des activités pour tous les âges, dont un mini-club pour les enfants. Il est possible que l’information n’ait pas été suffisamment claire pendant votre séjour, et nous allons veiller à mieux la communiquer. Pour ce qui est de la piscine, sachez que l’eau est maintenue entre 27 et 29°C pour garantir le confort de nos vacanciers. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau et de vous faire profiter pleinement de toutes nos animations.

Liked Great pool with slides. Has three pools in total. Good sports facilities- table tennis, football area and basket ball court.
Great bar and restaurant with a kids menu too and included familiar and local food options. Entertainment every night. Not too far from the beach (although not walking distance if carrying lots to the beach). Close to other towns for markets, supermarkets, and other touristy places. Facilities clean. Good sized pitches. Fresh bread and croissants in shop everyday.

Disliked Chlorine in inside pool very strong. Recommend wearing goggles.
Although good recycling facilities would have appreciated a few more places.
The times they clean the toilets would be better mid morning rather than first thing!

Thank you very much for your detailed review and constructive feedback following your stay in August. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our pools, slides, sports facilities, as well as our bar and restaurant with a variety of options, including a kids’ menu.

Regarding the indoor pool, chlorine levels and water treatment parameters are checked at least twice daily to ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards. The chlorine management is directly adjusted based on usage and conditions.

As for recycling, we have several collection points throughout the campsite, but their locations may not always be clearly visible or well communicated. We will work on improving the signage to make them easier to find and use.

Lastly, our teams regularly clean the restrooms throughout the day to maintain cleanliness.

Regarding toilet paper, we have adopted an ecological approach and therefore do not provide toilet paper in the restrooms to help reduce our environmental impact. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

As for Wi-Fi, it is offered by an external provider and is payable. This allows us to preserve the natural and peaceful environment of the campsite while still providing a connection for those who need it.

Liked Facilities were cleaned regularly
Fresh bread daily.
Shop prices were decent.

Disliked Uneven sloping pitch. No grass just sand and gravel. Under trees with no sun.
Beach was a lot further than 800 metres more like over a mile.
Entrance to site very congested whilst checking in. To the point that we were swore at by impatient people who were unable to pass by.
Teenagers running around shouting and screaming after midnight.

We are sorry to learn that your pitch did not meet your expectations. It’s important to note that our campsite offers a variety of pitch types — some in full sun, others shaded, and some semi-shaded — to accommodate the different preferences of our guests. It’s unfortunate that we weren’t made aware of your preference either at the time of booking or upon your arrival at reception. Had we known, we would have done our best to find a pitch more suited to your needs, depending on availability.

We also take note of your concerns regarding access to the site and the noise during the night. While we understand that check-in times can be busy, we are actively working to improve traffic flow and the overall arrival experience. Regarding nighttime disturbances, we will reinforce our efforts to ensure a quiet and restful environment for all our guests.
