What customers say
This is a clean, well-maintained site with top-notch facilities, especially the warm pool & spacious showers. Staff are friendly & welcome packs are a thoughtful touch. It's quiet & peaceful, with a good dog field & games room. Some guests mentioned issues with clubhouse hours, poor WiFi, & a lack of washing-up sinks. Pitch sizes were occasionally a bit snug.

Good size pitches and fairly clean…
Fully-serviced concrete and grass caravan site
Liked Good size pitches and fairly clean bathroom/toilets. Only two shower cubicles and toilets but most of the pitch’s were occupied by statics caravans or caravans therefore not busy. Good little pub inside with bouncy castle to entertain the children. Good choice of play areas.
Disliked No kitchen area to wash up used plates and utensils. Pitch’s quiet close to each other therefore felt a little crowded. Went to the reception area to ask for advice but always seems closed.

Unpowered grass tent site (wild)
Liked Isn’t far from saundersfoot & Tenby. Or folly farm for the children.
Disliked Arrived at the site, to no pitch, no picnic table as stated, no firepit. No signal and no WiFi in the tent field as advertised, had to drive out to contact a number and had to leave a voicemail as the reception and line close at 4pm. The owner shortly contacted me back with awful attitude and no apology, stressing it’s “wild camping”. But if you haven’t got enough staff to keep up with your customers then don’t accept the bookings and the £80 we payed, to supply nothing that’s advertised! She advised me she’d come and see me when she’s back in on Sunday to sort the issue and not once did I see her. Another family were left to their own devices also, until someone came and mowed their pitch the next day. Over all a bad experience and TERRIBLE value for money. Also not many activities on site if you want to keep your child busy.

From the manager: Hello Thank you for your review we do have hot water in all the toilets and they are a Platinum Plus Award winning toilet block. We removed the washing up facilities about 20 years ago as no one ever used them and only 2 people have asked for them since, especially as all our pitches are fully serviced pitches with water, electric and grey waste points. We have found that people don't want to carry there washing up around and would much rather do it in the caravan or campervan, also when you enquired about washing up facilities you were informed that this was not available. However you were offered and welcome to use the sink in the reception kitchen, if that helped you as a washing up area is not a facility we have or advertise. I hope this answers your queries.
Thank you.
