Liked Lovely quiet location. An excellent cafe onsite serving great food. Plenty of fishing options including trout and course.
The shower block is really well maintained even over the busy Bank Holiday, all serviced well and regular throughout the day. We enjoyed the live music evening on the Saturday which was a good experience.
Disliked This isn't a deal breaker for us but could be for some. We couldn't get a TV signal or a mobile signal at all when on the pitch. The onsite WiFi is available at the cafe and in certain parts of the site.

Liked Relaxed atmosphere with owners that make you feel welcomed throughout your stay. Clean well kept and stocked pools. Clean Facilities. Busy cafe with plenty of outdoor seating.
Disliked Missing a shop for basics and it’s a good 30minute walk down a busy road to the nearest shop or pub.

Good for fishing, but that's about it.

Liked The location is really nice and hubby said the fishing was good.
Disliked The shower area was quite dirty and no toilet roll in some of the toilets. Stayed Fri to Monday and the block wasn't cleaned once, bin overflowing. Internet none existent and wifi pants too. Midgies are a real issue, bitten to death even with repellant!

But hit and miss
Unpowered grass and gravel caravan site
Liked Lovely grass pitch, plenty of room. Very good location and views from pitch.
Great bins, great cafe. Level pitches.
Disliked Toilets - only three toilets in ladies portacabin, middle one door wouldn’t shut. No private sinks. Two showers for whole site. No loo paper.
Went out for the day and the owner gave our pitch to someone else, so when we returned we had to pitch up in a corner as no one available.
Pitch next to us very noisy, played music till late. Lots of litter.
