Lovely, simple site

Liked This is a lovely site, really easy to find and with plenty of space. The facilities are clean and simple. We've loved the feeling we were away from things and were able to go on some nice walks, and also meet the horses!
Disliked I would love the owners to install a shower or two in the future. WiFi would be handy too, but not essential. But still, it's a perfectly nice site without these things.

Liked Lovely location. Nice farm.
Really friendly and helpful.
Disliked Needs a shower block.
One night someone was playing loud music till the early hours which isn’t helpful when children are sleeping.
Only 2 toilets for men and same for women which can get quite busy at times.

Expensive for what is a flat field with EHU around the perimeter
Powered grass site
Liked Late availability over the bank holiday weekend
Disliked The electric hook ups were still being installed when we arrived on Saturday!
The pitches are not marked and people had pitched inconsiderately, taking up too much space.
Check out by 10am!!
Only 4 toilets and no showers (advised of this on pitch up) for a very busy field.
Extra charge for dogs when there are no dog facilities provided (eg enclosed field, dog waste bin)
No recycling

Overpriced, few personal washing facilities, constant loud plane noise
Powered grass site
Liked Nice to hear the horses.
Disliked I think overpriced for what it offers. The description mentions no showers, but in reality there are only three communal sinks for all kinds of personal washing. With around 30 other groups on site, it was impossible to even get a quick wash, let alone wash my face. The campsite is directly under the Gatwick flight path, so there’s constant plane noise throughout the day and late into the night. It’s also very isolated which some may enjoy, but it means there’s nowhere within walking distance. Also children told to stop cycling around.
