Meadow and Kerry fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Secluded site with fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Facilities are excellent and spotless. The pitches are well spaced in a random layout I you don’t feel on top of each other. We will definitely return.
Disliked The weather but not a lot you can do about that

Great for dog lovers
Meadow and Kerry fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked The friendly gent on arrival was fantastic. Full, clear instructions given to us and the gentleman assisted with putting our van on the pitch.
There are also some amazing views depending on your pitch.
Disliked The number of dogs on site. We choose adults only for peace and tranquility but dogs barking every morning does not give that. If you love dogs this place is perfect but just not for us. Maybe a dog free zone would help as not everyone loves dogs.
We also had issues with our awning collapsing due to a storm and despite knowing our awning had collapsed no-one came to check if we were in and ok or message us. Instead we were asked the following day. As it happened we were out when the awning collapsed and it would have been nice to receive a call or message as so many other sites do. It’s obviously not their fault that it collapsed but I’ve known so many other sites contact customers when their awning has fallen down for whatever reason. Just a little disappointed.
I also don’t like having to pay extra for electric when I’ve paid to stay on a site. You were given £3 per night and had to pay for the rest. It’s an expense I was not expecting and £3 is not sufficient.
The WiFi was not good at all. Despite having two options there was little to no service.

Meadow and Kerry fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked - Owners were very friendly and helped us when we ran out of gas and lended us a kettle.
- It was in a perfect location to explore the lovely towns, villages and landscape.
- Local co-op about 5 minutes down the road, it was huge! Had everything and more, including a petrol station and a cafe.
-Good size dog walking area.
- Lots of walks close by, would recommend Corndon Hill. However it is a little steep and you encounter quite a lot of wildlife.
