What customers say
This spacious, basic campsite offers stunning sea views and is praised for its friendly, helpful owners. Pitches are generous and well-maintained. Facilities, primarily portaloos and showers, are generally kept clean, though some mention they could benefit from updating. Campfires are permitted, adding to the atmosphere. The location is convenient for local amenities and coastal walks, though access to the immediate waterside is noted as difficult. The site is largely peaceful, offering a relaxing, back-to-basics experience.

Liked site was clean
Disliked The behaviour of others staying making it very disruptive for others. Behaviour like this should not be accepted as makes the experience for others unpleasant . The family had a disagreement but voiced were raised , aweful language . This went on for 2 hours ! I don't expect my daughter to have to listen to that when all we wanted was a nice peaceful and happy night camping

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Amazing location with beautiful views.
Lovely owners who were more than happy to help when there was a big group of people staying on site that caused a problem .
Disliked Lack of showers , and no hooks in showers to hang your clothes on and one shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold

Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked It is very organised and very clean area.
Disliked It is not dislike but suggestion , please just please check the area when visitors are gone because it just happen that some peg just left by visitors and it is very sharp and not good for the tires. But over all I am satisfied with the clean facilities. Thanks

Brilliant basic site away from all the noise, this is perfect
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Lovely basic pitch nice to know it's used for the animals when not a campsite, lovely view pitch was so large Iwas shocked, plenty of toilet availability.
Disliked Track to pitch very damaging to your car if has been lowered but that's more my problem then the farms as is used for animals. Didn't like being td where to pitch we got out near very noisy teenagers who had no respect for the people around them for this reason I sadly would not book again.

We would go again.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Very spacious, helpful host, great location, campsite in good condition.
Disliked Toilets and showers.
It is very basic on the site but I feel as if the toilets and showers could be better maintained throughout the day.
Recommend to friends Visit again
Would visit again with lots of wet wipes to avoid shower.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Large pitches with the slightest of slope
Peaceful with fantastic views, close to shops such as Aldi and Greg’s.
Well maintained and you are allowed BBQ’s and fire pits as kind as they are off the ground.
Well maintained and stocked porta loos - can not expect more for a site that only does camping for a limited time per year.
10 minute drive to Weymouth or a regular bus service about 10 minute walk from site.
Disliked Porta showers- they are clean and a warning on the temperature is given in the email before arrival and signs on the door but they are not just hot, but they are scalding! They cool off for a short while then scalding again with little warning!
