Liked: Lovely working farm. The owners and staff/family were so friendly and welcoming. The little farm shop on site is well equipped with the tastiest fresh fruit, veg and milk. Not forgetting cake! There’s donkeys, a pony, bunny rabbit and Guinea pigs for the children to look at. Plenty of grass area for the kids to run around and play. Being on a working farm, hearing and seeing the animals as well as farm machinery was the best part for my little boy. We all had a fantastic time.
Disliked: Nothing. Not sure if wifi was available so I can’t comment on this.

Electric optional grass pitch
Liked: Great campsite and easy to find, check in at the farm shop at the main entrance. Very gently sloping field ideal for camping and the grass was a good length. Toilet block very close by, in excellent condition and 2 clean outdoor washing up stations. Overall, great value for money.
Disliked: The showers are a fair walk, located near the main entrance / farm shop, to get there from your pitch you have to walk between several farm (livestock) buildings which is very muddy and not pleasant with live agricultural activities, so I gave up on having a shower! The toilet block / washing up stations on the main field have (understandably) no hot water. There were some tractors / agricultural movements quite late into the evening and plenty of noise from cows!
