What customers say
This immaculately clean and well-maintained site offers spacious, level pitches and exceptional facilities, including a games room and play area. Staff are consistently praised for being friendly, helpful, and welcoming, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. Its location is ideal for exploring the Cornish coast, with a short drive or walk to the beach. While most visitors had no complaints, a few minor points included the shop's limited hours and occasionally lukewarm showers. Overall, it's highly recommended and many guests plan to return.

Beautiful campsite and Porthtowan beach is an absolute gem!
Electric grass pitch
Liked Upon arrival we noted our tent was too big for the pitch and we would be unable to set up our tent alongside our car as it had to be parked to the right of the tent. The staff were extremely accommodating and made no issue of relocating us to a bigger pitch - the customer service was exceptional and made our holiday wonderful as we would have struggled staying on a small pitch. I had anticipated that there would be no other pitches available due to high season, however this was not a problem. The toilet’s and showers were immaculate at all times as was the washing up area, games room and recycling facilities. The other campers staying on the site were very respectful of the site which made a pleasurable stay overall and everyone was super friendly! Lovely park for the children and they loved the milkshakes and crepes from the shop in a morning! As a base the location is perfect - in between some of the main attractions and not forgetting Porthtowan beach itself. We visited many beaches during our stay and none compared to the beautiful beach of Porthtowan only a 2 minute drive away.
Disliked I am unable to find anything to dislike as the team work very hard on the upkeep of the site and they are a credit to Porthtowan
