Liked: Beautiful setting, very remote and peaceful. Miles of woods to explore. Sufficient portaloos for the size and importantly - kept clean.
Disliked: I think they take too many bookings at peak times. With everyone pushed out to the edge of the field, you can end up very close to neighbours. Listening to others conversations and music into the night isn't what I would call wild camping. If they reduced the numbers they took, or utilised the middle of the field to create pitches there, it would be much better. I would only recommend it or come here again at quiet, off-peak times.

Liked: Beautiful site tucked away at the end of a valley in the South Downs. Large meadow with trees on 3 sides and stunning views back down the valley on the 4th. Pitch where you like. Clean portaloos and a drinking water tank. Rachel could not have been more welcoming but otherwise leaves you to do your own thing.
Disliked: Some bins on the site itself (rather than at the end of the v long access track) would be helpful for those travelling light. Somewhere to wash up would be even better but I am assuming v difficult with no mains water. You can’t have it all!

Liked: Lovely to see the farm open again! Great views, great vibe & nice to see a water tap in the field instead of 1/4 mile away! ;). Always a nice place to visit & the new owners are lovely!
Disliked: Couldn't pitch in our 'favourite spot' but not a biggy

Liked: Loved the scenery. It was absolutely magical. You had woodlands enclosing the whole area and felt like I was truly away from the bustling city and in the heart of nature! The little village just at the bottom of the site was to so beautiful. We stopped off at the pub of course. Rachel was superb. We crossed paths with her on our walk and she was so welcoming, friendly and a gem to speak to. Her service was top notch. Me and my friends will definitely be returning!
Disliked: I wasn't there longer!
