Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked: The weather was not on our side but from get go Dave ensured we were happy with our pitch, brought us grids because of the mud and made sure we were happy. Everyday he was around and spoke with us. The site is very quiet, with very clean facilities.
Disliked: Nothing.

Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked: Lovely little campsite. Very basic, but the shower in the shed was the best campsite shower I’ve ever used. Friendly welcoming owner. Out of the way location, but close enough to all amenities and the beaches. Great value for money. Would highly recommend! (Just be wary not to drive over the robot lawnmower!)
Disliked: The rain!

Liked: Location
Disliked: Owners not expecting us despite booking several weeks earlier. Dirty shower cubicle with exposed wiring. Bins overflowing with rubbish. Razor left inside shower cubicle. Chemical waste overgrown and almost inaccessible. Poor washing up facilities. Scrap sink unit at side of field. Underpowered electricity kept tripping.

From the manager: We're sorry to hear about this. As it was the end of the season i had overlooked your booking which i can only apologies for. The showers are checked on a regular basis but obviously not sufficiently on this occasion. The washing facilities are at the side of the toilet block with plenty of free running hot water and large sink. You must have missed that. The electricity is rated at 6amps, using high wattage devices will cause to trip. As stated when you arrived, if you had any issues please call me, I live on site and all these issued could have been resolved straight away. The bins were due to be emptied the day you left and being peak season they can get full closer to bin day. I appreciate your feedback and take the comments on board. For people reading this please, if you have any issues or concerns just give me a quick call or text and i can resolve matters, i want everyone to enjoy their stay and you can see from my other feedback.
