What customers say
This is a spacious, peaceful campsite with large, level pitches and lovely countryside views. Visitors consistently praise the friendly, helpful owners and the exceptionally clean facilities. Fire pit hire and proximity to the coast and local pubs are highlighted positives. While most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, a few mention potential for queues at facilities during peak times due to their basic nature. Overall, it's considered excellent value for money.

Small dog friendly site with a pub nearby and friendly staff.
Electric grass pitch
Liked It was a fairly quiet site for mid August, helpful and friendly staff were on hand to answer questions. Pitches were very big and we had a driveway awning on our campervan. We used the electric hook up and there was drinking water available at the facilities block. Dog friendly.
Disliked Not quite enough toilets and sinks for the females at busy times. only very hot water in the showers.

Overall a very enjoyable stay! Really friendly owners. Coming again!
Electric grass pitch
Liked The owners made it in my opinion! Christine was always on hand for any queries/questions. Her husband was just as lovely. Even helped me figure out how to put one of my camp beds down on pack up day as it was being awkward.
Little touches like making marshmallow cones with the skewers to buy for £1. They would come round at points in the day and make sure everyone was ok and if anyone wanted more wood or firelights etc.
Really lovely lady, down to earth and they don’t overcharge for things like bringing a gazebo etc!
The facilities were absolutely fine. They were clean and checked multiple times. Always plenty of toilet roll and hand soap etc, but in all honesty even if you did have an issue Christine was responsive and sorted it.
We were on one of the electric pitches and they are such big pitches! Definitely not on top of each other like some sites I’ve been too. Loads of space of the kids to run around and play too!
Disliked Nothing to dislike!
