Non-electric grass tent pitch (small)
Liked: The toilets are so so clean so are the showers it was a really relaxed place, literally less than a minute walk to the beach. Nigel is really nice. The place is easy to find. I think it was a 7 min drive from Hunstanton, less than 30 min walk, which on a nice day is nothing. Luckily we had really good weather which I think definitely makes the whole experience better! There is a shop called Jennings which honestly has everything and I didn’t think it was badly priced. I have an electric car, in Hunstanton there is a BP Pulse fast charging charger which I used on our last day. There were chargers at the shop (Jennings) but I didn’t end up asking about them as I just went to the BP Pulse as it was easy! Honestly nothing to complain about! Will 100% be back!

B&B 1 bedroom cottage / chalet / bungalow
Liked: Nice quirky bed and breakfast. Rooms show a flair for thoughtful decoration. Host really friendly and helpful. 😀cost effective.
Disliked: A sock was in the corner not ours. Dog hairs were on the floor so hairy socks. Cobwebs were in the room and breakfast room. Be quick in the shower as the next person might have to shower in cold water. Don’t attempt a bath. I for my son but after a quarter full it ran cold so luke warm bath shared by all.

From the manager: Thank you Andrew for taking the time to leave a review, we are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay in our cosy B&B by the beach and that you like the rustic style of our dog friendly accommodation. I am so very sorry that you found a sock under the bed, I have reported this issue to housekeeping, I should think that you also reported to management and this issue would have been swiftly dealt with. It was a pleasure to host you and we very much look forward to seeing you again soon :)

Electric optional grass tent pitch (family, four person, large)
Liked: Proximity to beach. Decent bathroom facilities in good working order.
Disliked: WiFi didn’t work / wasn’t instructed on check in. Not told where fire pits were, found what looked like a pile of old iron when we were packing up. Site doesn’t seem to have a shop as advertised, nor cycle hire. Pitches seemingly self select/disorganised given the strict stipulation of booking sizes. Much smaller site than anticipated from the photographs.

From the manager: Thank you Angela for taking the time to leave a review. We are so pleased that you enjoyed our fabulous location just a 2 minute walk from the beach and that you appreciated our back to basic facilities. We do not advertised fire pits, s shop or cycle hire - although there is a shop 2 minute walk away across the road, cycle hire close by and campfires are permitted :)
