Bowbrook caravan and motorhome site

  • Quiet site between the Cotswolds and the Malvern Hills for adults only
  • A 15-minute drive to central Worcester or 35 minutes to Cheltenham
  • Direct access to the A44; one mile from the local railway station
Wandering through Western England is ever so agreeable. With direct access to the speedy A44, adults-only Bowbrook Caravan and Camping makes it a breeze to explore this neck of the woods, whether you've come in search of cosy Cotswolds villages, the rolling Malvern Hills or history-steeped cities like Worcester and Cheltenham. This spacious, 30-acre site makes a fab base for hols in green surrounds: views here take in nearby Bredon Hill, a handsome farmhouse and fields with plenty of sheep. True to its name, Bowbrook Caravan and Camping is also home to a stream (a wildlife haven full of reeds, willows and the song of visiting birds). For another top riverside spot, head to the village of Wyre Piddle on the banks of the Avon (five minutes' drive). This straightforward site keeps things simple with its facilities, which stretch to a modern toilet and shower block (with underfloor heating and disabled access to make things welcoming for all), a washing-up point and wifi access. Guests who need to stock up on food have several supermarkets within a 10-minute radius or can head to one of nearby Pershore's Georgian pubs for off-site eats (10 minutes). Dogs are welcome here, but please keep them on leads around the park. A railway station is on hand a mile down the road, with regular services to Worcester, Oxford and several Cotswold towns.

Damson fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch (hot tub, super)

Liked: Large hard standing pitch with EHU, Grey waste drain and freshwater tap all on the pitch. Private enclosed outdoor seating area with adjacent stable/shed that includes 2 birth hot tub, WC and sink. Plenty of walks and wildlife to spot without the need to leave the site. Very Peaceful and relaxing with assurance of secure coded access. Toilet Block still looks new, very nicely done. Visit to Pershore town was really enjoyable would definitely recommend.

Disliked: No buses travel past the entrance, and no footpath on main road either. If they did it would link the site to Pershore and Pinvin in one direction and Drakes Broughton and Peopleton in the other. Bowbrook do recommend local taxi companies as a good alternative.

Cherry fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch (hot tub, super)

Liked: Very good and clean, facilities are very clean and great with individual shower rooms, hot tube pitch was amazing and very well kept and the hot tube hut was very private.

Disliked: our hot tube pitch was a little small and i would of struggled to fitted an awning up and would need to park the car on the grass and potentially encroach neighbours space, in this visit we did not erected and awning so car could be parked on hard standing next to caravan so no issues this trip, potentially could do with a little more lighting around site.

Damson fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch (hot tub, super)

Liked: Back from a fantastic stay at Bowbrook! We stayed in a campervan hot tub pitch and absolutely loved our stay. The site is soooo peaceful, this place is a must if you want to wind down from a busy working week! We were able to park our campervan right next to the hot tub. The hot tub is enclosed with a private toilet and wash basin also. There's a little private enclosed area that we also made use of. The hot tub was fab, it was so relaxing and it kept its temperature really well. We loved that it was dog friendly and the extra added touches for dogs were fab (doggy shower, available bins and lots of space for a run/walk around) There are showers available that were very powerful and hot and also a toilet block with built in hairdryer in the ladies, both blocks were very clean and inviting. There are 2 washing up areas again both very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Cherry fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch (hot tub, super)

Liked: Very easy check-in and security well thought out. Loved the size of the pitch and set-up. Stayed in Cherry Tree, which is ideal if you have dogs. Quite a quiet site with walking path around the lake. Clean and well maintained with lots of places to visit.

Damson fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch (hot tub, super)

Liked: Liked just about everything. The pitch was great and the hot tub was private.

Disliked: No steps to aid getting in and out of the hot tub, liked the picture showed. No toiletries or hand towel like the picture showed. Outside area had not been cleaned. These were small things and in no way impacted our stay.

Damson fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch (hot tub, super)

Liked: The pitch was a reasonable size and adequate. The adjacent Jaccuzi hut was good too and really handy when rain fell. Loved the dog friendly nature of site and potential for bird watching.

Disliked: Toilet and washing block. Men’s urinals were out of order and given only two stalls might have been difficult if the site was busy. The toilets themselves seemed very small as if catering for children (which would be strange as it is an adult only site). There was no laundry facility

Cherry fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch (hot tub, super)

Liked: Loved the hot tub and also the private fenced picnic area which was ideal as we were travelling with our dog. Site cleanliness was exceptional and the toilet and shower block were superb. The well maintained paths and walks around the site and lake would be accessible to all and connected you to the natural environment. We were lucky enough to spot deer down beside the brook.

Disliked: Not a dislike, but access to laundry facilities would be useful when staying away from home for longer periods.
