- This site has no on-site shower facilities.
- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 16 or over.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.
- There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Liked: Well-maintained site, not muddy despite lots of recent rain, lovely views in all directions, some indoor sofas perfect for bad weather, toilets kept clean and well stocked with loo roll.
Disliked: You are at risk of being woken up at all hours by donkeys, cows and sheep! But part of the experience!

Liked: Absolutely stunning views at this campsite and we will definitely be back a few more times this year! 😊 The site only has basic facilities with only 1 toilet, however this didn't bother us, we loved how this felt kind of close to wild camping. Plenty of gorgeous scenic walks nearby and we spent an evening in the local pub too which is within walking distance. 😊

Liked: Great location, 15 minutes from Castleton. We got up and did Mam Tor for sunrise, it made it easier only being 10-15 minutes away. Toilets and washing up area was kept very clean. We stayed for one night and it was a perfect set up.

Disliked: Nothing to do with the place. Unfortunately there was a family too loud and I had to leave earlier than expected. The problem were not the children but the temperamental father shouting at them.
